@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

@SkyHelpTeam I know it’s not you Stephanie, but I’m intrigued how Sky are only able to offer 42 Mb/s whilst Virgin and BT offer 1 Gbps. Sky broadband is disgustingly bad. I’d also pay less if I moved to @virginmedia!

@Pass_Move Anyone but @talktalk £600 out of pocket a few years back to cancel because 0.56mbs was still ‘providing me with a service’ and kept threatening to charge £49 for an engineer 🙄 switched to @SkyUK and now at 72mbs. Same phone line, no-ones been out to fix anything 🤔
