@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

@SkyHelpTeam Problem is you have messed me around now for a MONTH with the home move. Multiple times you've either changed the date without prior warning,or Openreach have shown up without warning. Today my broadband should finally have happened - it hasn't.
