@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

@OmegaLuke @SkyHelpTeam And this is why I went to Virgin Media 8 years ago and never looked back. Discounted package yearly to keep me at where I want to be. Phenomenal speed and consistency and the only time I ever had a problem they sent me out a new router and didn't charge me the month.

@BetfairCS live video from Newcastle (SkySports) is awful. Couldn't even watch the race due to non-stop breaking up of the feed. By contrast, Ayr (RacingTV) is perfect.

@SkyHelpTeam I've done line tests and the speed is not the issue, I have constant high ping when gaming and spikes over over 10000ms at times. The packet loss is horrendous

@SkyHelpTeam Done all that. All that waste of time Troubleshooting shite. My kneecaps were like 2 Tomatoes by the end of it and none of it ever works. Back on now. As ever. A Sky problem. That they never admit. And not paying for an engineer. No chance. Just get reliable broadband sorted.

@OmegaLuke @SkyHelpTeam They have to still send someone to you, I train people in both Sky and Now Broadband, they have a duty of care to you till your last day. I'll chat with some people tomorrow and see if I can help in any way, I can't guarantee anything though
