@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. Normally if there is an outage it quietly restores itself via a browser refresh. When the system came back this afternoon it was only apparent after a full reboot of my laptop. You may need to tell people to reboot.
