@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

@SkyHelpTeam The broadband/internet in our house keeps loosing signal. Its been doing this for a few years now. It started losing signal about once a week for a few seconds at a time but its now doing it everday up to 5 times a day. I pay £30+ a month and we're all getting a little annoyed.

@kealyj @SkyHelpTeam My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help

@SkyHelpTeam Why is my Internet still down after 6 hours?? This is so frustrating! Please don't tell me to do a check on line as its all been done! Thats all I get is a telephone message to say it will be restored soon due to a problem on the telephone exchange line in Swansea, please help!!
