    @SkyHelpTeam was absolutely at my wits end with the service I’ve been receiving. Spoke to big Scottish Brian as he describes himself on the cancellation team, and he’s the only reason I have considered staying with yourselves. New router new booster new contract, couldn’t help me

    @SkyHelpTeam Just received a 0208 call talking about broadband problems and requesting team viewer access to interrogate the router, are you aware of this scam.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I just signed up for a sky mobile sim and noticed in the emails it says 5G Network Add on, can you tell me does that mean I’ll be receiving a 5G sim? If so, my mobile is not compatible as it’s running on 4G. Can you help with this please?
