@SkyUK I’m a Sky sports/movies HD customer. I want UHD but do not need or want multi room. The 2 packages are completely different so why club them together. I’d even pay a UHD extra although I shouldn’t have to because I already pay for the HD package. Come on Sky sort it out

@SkyHelpTeam I phoned Sky and have been told there is a major outage in my area since 11am, so they have cancelled the engineer. However, when I go on the My Sky app it says there is no outage in my area. So now I am non the wiser and just need some help.

My @Skyhelpteam broadband is down again (FY8). Been up and down since yesterday. 2 working days to fix an exchange fault apparently. It's unacceptable. There needs to be failover and resilience.

@SkyHelpTeam again for the 11th day, YES 11th day broadband is dropping out and im being fobbed off! I have my masters dictation to complete and it’s impossible. You’re quick enough to take our money but I ask for a refund on the amount of time I’ve not had broadband you hang up!
