    @SkyHelpTeam hello there I’m a Sky Q customer. If I bought the Sky Glass TV outright (43 inch for £649) does it mean that my sky monthly bill will then just go up by £13 a month xtra? Does this start a new contract and if so how long for? Kind regards, Jason

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I can't get through to you on the phone cz it says systems are down. I made an online payment, money left my account but on sky online, it gave an error saying payment didn't go through.
