    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for a free 4 week trial of sky cinema & then £5 for 6 months. But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done 18 calls over last 8 months to customer service with average hold of 35 min  and numerous auto disconnected calls. Never had the pleasure of speaking to anyone.
