@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for a free 4 week trial of sky cinema & then £5 for 6 months. But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

@SkyHelpTeam I know the best way to see my bills is online that’s why I tweeted you because although the email promises 6 months @ £5 I’m only getting that for September. My October bill is £19. I can’t connect with one of your experts because I’m not in a vulnerable category. Please help!

Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

@GNev2 @SkySports Sky Mobile Month Pass customers are expected to pay again to watch the cup games. Having paid £30 a month to BT sport, £10 a month to sky for a mobile pass and £10 a month to Amazon Prime for their games, you have to draw a line somewhere. Poor show from sky sports tbh.
