@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam a 3rd party accidentally cut thru a cable yesterday disrupting work & study across a huge area but, a bigger worry was loss of comms for those alone in lockdown. THANK YOU to your engineers who worked thru the night so we awoke to a fully restored service.

Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for a free 4 week trial of sky cinema & then £5 for 6 months. But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

@SkyUK People already have good tv, far better than these cheap efforts with terrible viewing angles. All sky had to do was make a box that worked without needing to connect to a satellite dish. Instead they attach it to a cheap, heavy tv which it seems to have software issues.
