@SkyUK I’m a Sky sports/movies HD customer. I want UHD but do not need or want multi room. The 2 packages are completely different so why club them together. I’d even pay a UHD extra although I shouldn’t have to because I already pay for the HD package. Come on Sky sort it out

They never genuinely want to help. Bad Service has led to us leaving for @SkyUK. 30 Years with them all we've had is bad service, overcharged, slow internet but worst of all disgusting #CustomerService Has left us very upset.

@bwollox @SkyHelpTeam Mine kept doing the same. I cancelled ( bought it 6 times in all) and then started again from main screen. You can’t just order by pressing record like you usually can. Massive pain in the arse. It’s not like I pay Sky hundreds a pound a month for the service either!

@SkySports bought the boxing tonight 26 pound and it’s not working on any of my devices just a loading circle on all of them and all of them are all up to date and been trying since 6 o’clock thanks a lot 👌 what a waste of time and money worse service I’ve ever used.
