    @SkyHelpTeam hey there I’m a Sky Q customer. Can I switch my contract from Sky Q to any Sky Glass contract without a need of a new contact? OR do I still have to get a new Sky Glass contract as well as still sticking to my current Sky Q box as well contact when runs out in 2023?

    @SkyHelpTeam was absolutely at my wits end with the service I’ve been receiving. Spoke to big Scottish Brian as he describes himself on the cancellation team, and he’s the only reason I have considered staying with yourselves. New router new booster new contract, couldn’t help me

    @SkyHelpTeam hey there, when I switch from my Sky Q box to Sky Glass (which I’m still intrigued to get) will the times run on satellite signal still or will it still Sky Glass run like 30-45 seconds behind like it does on Sky Go apps?

    @SkyHelpTeam hello there I’m a Sky Q customer. If I bought the Sky Glass TV outright (43 inch for £649) does it mean that my sky monthly bill will then just go up by £13 a month xtra? Does this start a new contract and if so how long for? Kind regards, Jason

    @SkyUK so broadband has been awful all week... Couldn't watch the Liverpool game due to shocking signal... Now the red button access says technical issue! What is going on with sky?!

    @booqpr @SkyHelpTeam I had the same problem - connected but no throughput. Seems to be working again now but has been up and down all morning.

    @virginmedia Yep just spoke to them and they said exactly what they said 2 days ago, you’re working on it and I just have to wait it out. About as useful as a chocolate teapot!! Never had a problem when I was with @SkyUK looks like I’ll be going back when my contract is up

    @KarenLLaing @SkyHelpTeam Have you considered running an actual line test? That’ll get you an engineer or tell you if there is a confirmed outage on your line. The service checker where you put your land line often doesn’t get updated in the same way an actual line test does
