@SkyUK I’m a Sky sports/movies HD customer. I want UHD but do not need or want multi room. The 2 packages are completely different so why club them together. I’d even pay a UHD extra although I shouldn’t have to because I already pay for the HD package. Come on Sky sort it out

@SkyHelpTeam The amount I pay for weak service is more then enough. I certainly didn't ask for an interrupted service. Leaving and saving over 700 a year will be worth it.
