Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

@SkyHelpTeam This is going around in circles. I have called the service team, today, again... And they say to wait for engineers to call again... Tomorrow. This was supposed to be an emergency on Christmas Eve. It is now 28th and still not resolved due to frustrating 'procedures.'

I really hope when the rights for premier league football in the UK go to auction sometime next year that only skysports, bt sport ,premier sports or BBC bid and win, as Amazon prime and all other streaming services are awful when it comes to broadcasting sports coverage is bad

Last season Utd were awarded 14 pens in the premier league and SkySports and the other sports pages wouldn’t shut up about it. It is just the 16th league game for Leicester and they have already been awarded 10 and I haven’t read a word about this. Hated, Adored but never Ignored
