Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

Trying to activate a new sim card via the Sky website is an absolute joke. Won't work. Call the helpline and get cut off after waiting for ten minutes in a queue and not even getting to an advisor. Terrible service from @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK Wouldn't recommend it. We've had lots of problems, had to have the TV replaced as everything went wrong with it, now this one sometimes just doesn't turn on so have to turn it off at the mains, wait a bit and try again. Not very user friendly, lot more clunky, too many kinks

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I wanted to keep my tv package and landline but was told yesterday if I cancel my broadband I cannot keep my landline as only the freeview channels come through the satellite dish. I am out of contract on my broadband too
