    @SkyHelpTeam How do I let you know that I am a key worker and my broadband issue is a real problem. I’ve run diagnostics and it says external issue. I’ve booked an engineer. However the text couldn’t guarantee it will be sorted quickly, and but you are prioritising key workers.

    @SkyUK your internet is the ******* worse, lost count the times I’ve had issues with this and your troubleshoot is to reset the internet etc, it doesn’t ******* work, new router same ****. Shouldn’t be on 5mb for the majority of every day.

    The total failure @SkyUK to resolve our problem is mind numbing. “I’m sorry you can’t call us right now” then a DM on twitter to say “just hold and someone will take your call” so I’ve now called three times and been cut off every time. Time to cancel our DD!

    @SkyUK we’ve been trying to cancel our sky package since last Monday and keep getting a message saying “sorry this is unavailable, please try again later”. I managed to pause it today. I’ve looked and I’ve been charged in full for March although we haven’t used the service...

    @SkySports Been watching the Sky coverage of the Lans v York’s county match. But sadly the coverage at time is poor it’s the camera angels. Plus it jumps from HD to SD and the camera doesn’t follow the ball without a jump it’s not good.

    @SkyUK Disappointed!!! To say the least! Was looking forward to watching World Superbikes on Eurosport 2 at 11.00 am this morning (Sunday), but instead there is Tennis on BOTH Eurosport 1 & 2 and WSBK’s is NOT on! Usually it’s transferred to Quest. Such bad programming!!! 😡
