They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

Last night it was 2mb, today itโs 10.....itโs supposed to be 80. I was told this isnโt possible. The new fibre is either on or off....please can you explain?
