@SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

@SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

@SkyHelpTeam Your online tool is finding no issues with the router, area or my local devices. Had to do it on my phone as the browser on my computer won't connect. There is no option to have an engineer as your tool isn't seeing a problem. Hardly s surprise! Please, a human?

@weesaragregor_x @virginmedia we moved from virgin to sky in the summer and omg the @SkyUK broadband is ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. It is the worst ever. Nothing downloads nothing works on our phones etc and have to use our data and they have done nothing to help. they just say it's working fine.
