    A week ago we renewed our @SkyHelpTeam broadband & was upgraded from essential to superfast. I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

    Today’s upload speed @SkyHelpTeam is virtually non-existent at 0.18mbps. Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing wrong with the line, the Wi-Fi signal for these Q hubs is as weak as water and can barely get from one end of the house to the other and the house isn’t that big.
