    A week ago we renewed our @SkyHelpTeam broadband & was upgraded from essential to superfast. I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

    @SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello yes it seems to be working now but it took way too long to fix I was without service for upwards of 9 hours. I have now turned these emergency alerts off on my phone as it caused so many issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam Still not working properly. Phones keep going to voice mail. Checking the status page it does say they’re still working on a fault in the area. Been over a day now though.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes turned its off and on a few times. Sometimes it works and sometimes it's not working so it's still a hit and miss if someone needs me in a emergency or a need to get a hold of them

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q service terminates on 2nd May, You've asked for the Sky Q Box back (as per T&C) however I still haven't received the packaging that was said to be sent out to return it, nor have I anything suitable to return it in, please advise.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi a follow on from my message earlier with sky Q not connecting to internet as from last night , all phones keep dropping out from Wi-Fi to 4G and when on very slow.
