@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

@SkyHelpTeam your Sky App keeps going wrong. I try to view tablets and laptops and it immediately times me out. Also if I try to via brands then Apple it shows Samsung phones??? Tried to log out and log in again still the same issue.
