The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

Had to do it on my phone as the browser on my computer won't connect. There is no option to have an engineer as your tool isn't seeing a problem. Hardly s surprise! Please, a human?

Jenny (@JenniflowerC) reported@SkyHelpTeam He didn’t! Sub-contracted Sky engineers have been up there previously, but apparently Sky employed engineers are not allowed? I’m left with a viewing card, no SkyQ box and no idea what Sky is going to do to resolve issue. I did explain exactly where dish is to the salesperson.
