    @SkyHelpTeam I understand this, but please can you explain to me why my next door neighbour who is also with Sky has not got any problems when it’s being classed as a “local outage”. I am aware you are unable to do much but 4 days with no internet is extremely frustrating!

I’m guessing its telling you there is an outage thats causing your issue but obviously thats not good enough and definitely shocking that technology and infrastructure isn’t foolproof am I right?     @lyndseyC_casey @SkyHelpTeam I think I know what happened here. You must have developed amnesia and forgotten all about your past life where you had a Sky service. That or there is a simple system error but I don’t know I’m not an expert or have any common sense or anything
