Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and โupgradedโ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so Iโm looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

Had to do it on my phone as the browser on my computer won't connect. There is no option to have an engineer as your tool isn't seeing a problem. Hardly s surprise! Please, a human?
