    @SkyHelpTeam limited TV, 1 week of no TV, and over 3 days wait from booking for an engineer? £15. On a bill of about £110 a month, and a customer for over 21 years. Bit of a kick in the teeth.

    @SkyUK I just don't have a lot of interest in the Sky Q TV box as I am more focused on broadband and usally help people with ICT problems better than some ISP customer service. Too bad most ISP's use the Openreach network including Sky and Openreach have other responsibilities.
