@SkyHelpTeam Your online tool is finding no issues with the router, area or my local devices. Had to do it on my phone as the browser on my computer won't connect. There is no option to have an engineer as your tool isn't seeing a problem. Hardly s surprise! Please, a human?

@SkyHelpTeam Ok well what about finding out what they are doing then. On your appointment text I could have been charged £65 pounds if I missed the appointment. Clearly no penalty if @OpenreachHelp miss the appointment. I’m sure I’m not the only customer affected
