    @SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

    @SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam you have text me to tell me that my email has been blocked due to a security concern and to login to change my password. When I try it gives me a phone number to call, when I call the number it tells me I will apparently be on hold for an hour! 😱😱

Did a quick check and @ecotricity is about £20 a month more than the average - which isn’t bad for renewable power, good customer service and no early exit fee

    @SkyHelpTeam you’ve apparently blocked my e mail account due to a security concern, your text tells me to login and change my password. When I try to login it tells me there is a problem and to call a number... percent tells me that I will be on hold for an hour!! 😱😱...

    @SkySports Lol tells you Redbull and Verstappen are just big babies having an emotional reaction. He has basically said if he spun and continued the penalty would have been sufficient. An incident is judged based on the incident and not the outcome, simple!!!

    @SkySports Getting a bit ridiculous now, making the sport look stupid. If you looked at every accident Verstappen has caused since he joined F1 and banned him accordingly, he probably wouldn’t have a seat at Red Bull right now. You were beaten by a superior driver, get over it and move on.
