    @SkyHelpTeam Your website says £8 per day for loss of service if the fault is not fixed after the 2nd working day it was reported. It was reported on Thursday and fixed yesterday. That’s not £5 is it.

    @SkyUK received a rather rude call from @Openreachthis afternoon about my broadband speed. Very condescending and when I told him not to be do rude he did not speak again. With that I hung up. Appears to me to be a spam call?

    My @SkyHelpTeam broadband was due to be activated on the 2nd July and was finally done 6 days later yesterday on the 7th So for 6 days no service and no working internet @SkyUK have given me a whopping £5 off my bill. Howay man, have a word like.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is a new contract I have taken out with you and it’s not a good start. If it’s not resolved within 48hrs I will cancel and go with Virgin media who don’t use openreach.

    My @SkyUK fibre is cutting out 20+ times a day since lockdown ended (was fine during) and the website helpfully tells me not to call them at this time and to use their “help guides” online. I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

    @SBK83 @SkySports 100% that Masters record was broken due to soft greens. And 20 to 30 metres is not a lot. But 80 or 90 is. Plenty will copy Bryson and there are bound to be some that will have a much better short game than him!

They've taken millions for themselves every year, there are no other shareholders. I could go on, it'd be a waste of time.

    Funny how you can do most things with your package on the my sky app but not cancel BT sport! Having to phone up and queue for upto an hour! It's like as if they make it too difficult and you just end up keeping it 🤔 @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Daniel. I tagged them in my original post. I hope they will get back to me soon. The customer service person on the phone was not very helpful & kept repeating that my address info doesn't match acct number. It's the acct on my direct debit too, from which I pay €44/mo

    Hi @SkyUK @SkyHelpIreland @SkyHelpTeam I spent 20 min on the phone w/ customer support who couldn't help me b/c you never updated my address info. I've been w/ Sky 14 years & 9 years at this address. I gave my acct and Sky card no., but he said it doesn't match address. RSVP
