If I cancelled my contract and my wife opened a new account on same package you automatically get the HDR box. That's an awful way to treat loyal customers. Truly awful!

Funnily enough your support team did tell me all the other persons private information & gave me access to their online account when it isn’t me and they knew it wasn’t me
