I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

If that was cricket, for the goal (wicket) to be overruled there would have needed to be daylight between attacker and defender (Ball & Wicket)

The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia
