    @SkyHelpTeam waited from 1-6pm today for a sky engineer to connect us today in Wendover, did not turn up even after phoning and being reassured he would. No help on phone apart from offering an appointment on 14th Feb - this is shocking service.

    @SkySports you are still taking money from us for sports channels! Pay this to the football leagues! Then ask all premier league teams to give money to each and every league team below them to help - like 2-3 teams each to help them pay their bills and keep going!

    @DiversityPatrol @JackCade1381 Perhaps it's the "diversity" that people are sick and tired of. Every advert, every series, very movie its thrown down our throats.     Betweeen them @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach have disconnected our phone line, without telling us or warning us We have lost our number which we’ve had for 35 years. We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

    @SkyHelpTeam No but most couriers will give you an hrs time slot on the day once you have the tracking number. Why use RM who are shite and have no customer service like other couriers.

    @SkyHelpTeam I had a text and an email on Friday saying it would be delivered today. I took a day off work and now @RoyalMailHelp are saying it’s in transit somewhere and will turn up whenever, if it does turn up that is. I’m working the rest of the week. Appalling service.

    @GaryLineker @SkySports no problem with VAR LFC goal it’s the offside ruling that is killing it. If that was cricket, for the goal (wicket) to be overruled there would have needed to be daylight between attacker and defender (Ball & Wicket)

    @NikitaG84709342 @SkyHelpTeam Am RG5 also and the level of service from Sky regarding this is absolutely appalling, even when speaking with the tech teams. I've had to buy extra data this morning from my mobile provider.... I bet it'll come back on today... But haven't had any form of update.

    @SkyHelpTeam 10 minutes ago it said no issues, now it says ‘warning’ and that it is less than 14 MB/s , it doesn’t tell us just how woeful it is though (used 2 different independent WiFi speed apps). When I can I’ll click improve speed and see what happens (husband working!)

    @SkyHelpTeam Are you aware of internet being down in Liverpool (L1)? Dodgy service since Sun, now down completely (11am). Done diagnostics several times & engineer is booked but just flagging up for info. Normally I’d like an excuse not to work but Sod’s law I’m on a deadline.

    @SkyHelpTeam It does but no useful ones - just says it may be due to extreme weather e.g. flooding but weather has been worse past few days and speeds were fine. Very frustrating for it to effect work. Our village doesn’t get great speeds anyway but not usually this bad.
