No help on phone apart from offering an appointment on 14th Feb - this is shocking service.

I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

If I cancelled my contract and my wife opened a new account on same package you automatically get the HDR box. That's an awful way to treat loyal customers. Truly awful!
