    @SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

    @SkyHelpTeam …given that most don’t now have internet, that’s not a particularly clever way of receiving feedback. More importantly you are not picking up an issue other than at the box isn’t responding this is a woefully floored strategy for mass outages.

    @AgentScotland @SkySports Its the leagues fault not sky, sky offered a package for so many games the league accepts so there only contracted to show said amount of games should never have went with just one broadcaster

    @SkyUK do not do a home move with sky!! They tell you they don’t do they your e dusting internet package then tell you ya need to enter a new contract to use the service with no other option, then they give a date to tell you there has been a slight delay (1 week) my internet
