@SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

However, my grandparents cannot use their ring doorbell which they rely on, and have no access to any broadband and only basic channels on the main TV. How can we get this resolved ASAP please? @SkyHelpTeam I have, they are no help what so ever. They can’t say why the engineer hasn’t turned up and they can’t book us another appointment because the engineer hasn’t updated the system saying he didn’t attend. I’d of got charged £25 if the engineer turned up and I wasn’t in.
