    @SkyHelpTeam no I can't set up the SKYQ APPLE APP!! I CANT LOG IT THO THAT, The apple login does work cos I'm using Android! and the link it gives to work around that.... doesn't work. Super frustrating please help

    Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full monthโ€™s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didnโ€™t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.
