@SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

@SkyHelpTeam Engineer cancelled without notification. I've wasted time off work waiting around for nothing. I've been given a month's free broadband as compensation but TBH I've only been with Sky for 2 months and am very unhappy with the broadband reliability and the poor customer service.
