@SkyHelpTeam no I can't set up the SKYQ APPLE APP!! I CANT LOG IT THO THAT, The apple login does work cos I'm using Android! and the link it gives to work around that.... doesn't work. Super frustrating please help

@SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

@SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

@SkyHelpTeam I left not too long ago due to constant drops in internet speed. I was told if there were any issues, my bill for the month would be partially refunded, but I never received anything, and the slow speeds made anything more strenuous than listening to an audiobook impossible.

@SkyHelpTeam I person don’t think I should have too, I believe that you should promise the service you give and stop outright lying on your network speed checks, apparently I’m running at 78mbps but in reality I’m 17 mbps download speed and 6.73 mbps upload speed
