    @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk Awful customer service. Sky Q box has failed after 6 months. Told earliest date for an engineer is 10th October! That's 11 working days away! Ridiculous.

    @SkyHelpTeam so having done every test under the sun and spending 1 hour and 20 mins on the phone to the ‘help team’ I’m still suffering with pathetic WiFi and have to wait till Feb 4th for a visit! @virginmedia hurry up and come to Newhaven! #notimpressed

    @JJFletcher7 @LANGAS1892 @andy_gurr Not true... Sky could cancel all live home games of Newcastle and reduce their payments..they have the right as it harms the name of SkySports. Its in the contract all clubs sign. Sky do NOT want to be broadcasting empty stadiums around the world, it hurts their business image.

    @SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

    Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

    @SkyHelpTeam I recently tried to cancel my sky package but was offered a good deal to keep it going. Shortly after everything was confirmed I received a letter warning of an Early Termination charge, this was odd as there was no break in contract. At the time I spoke to C service who said..

    Great customer services from @SkyUK let’s renew your contract but we will downgrade your Netflix unless you take out our new box. Oh and since you only changed your contract an hour ago it will take 31 days to cancel it 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam It's not my end. I'm on the latest software version. I've asked on my Facebook and people are saying they're getting it too. Also people saying it in your forums and on reddit... so I'm not booking an engineer at my expense when it's your issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam my sound keeps dropping out every few minutes for a couple of seconds. Any fix pls as its doing my head in. I'm already close to leaving due to the fact I've to pay for a multiroom box to watch uhd on the main box and the multiroom box not uhd compatible. #jokers

    @SkyUK Having an engineer come to sort out our Sky tv is supposed to make things better, not worse. Now we’ve lost all our recordings, can’t watch catch up and have dodgy internet to boot. And worst of all - we can’t get through to your ‘experts’ on the phone. Really poor
