    @SkyHelpTeam Phoned 5 times and every time says you are unable to help currently. Not had internet for 4 days. Just want to speak to someone. Your customer service gets worse as does your product. I suggest you sort this quickly #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

    @SkyHelpTeam a sky + HD, it started having issues the other day one or so channel would not work then its seems to have gone totally now and even restarting the box it keeps saying your box is initialising for ages more than 1/2 hour
