@SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

@SkyHelpTeam I recently tried to cancel my sky package but was offered a good deal to keep it going. Shortly after everything was confirmed I received a letter warning of an Early Termination charge, this was odd as there was no break in contract. At the time I spoke to C service who said..

Got a 4 week free trial for Sky Cinema. Used it a few times but it takes an age to download UHD films so we can never sit down and just watch one. Then tried now and it’s saying there’s an error. Don’t think I’ll keep it @SkyUK not very good experience.

@SkyHelpTeam The line test doesn’t detect an issue but internally there is no internet connectivity. Also your service status page suggests there’s an outage in the area. BR6 postcode.
