Catch up says no internet but settings say its all ok. Can I switch back? I just want to watch TV with no issues ๐ก

We donโt use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which Iโve already been told isnโt the answer.

They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and itโs a 20 min wait! Rubbish!
