    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

    @SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    Nothing worse for a man than a love for football, but not being willing to pay for @btsportfootball on top of the already excessive @SkySports . What a two nights of football. Damn you both for being so expensive

    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    Scrap VAR, Premier League should have its own streaming service, get rid of @SkySports they are too influential. Give the game back to the fans. I was in favor of VARs introduction but have hated it ever since.

    @steftweetshere @TheSpursWatch @SkySports We all feel we get done, however if Tottenham think the league would prefer them to go down to West Ham they are insane. They would hate an ESL club going, they'd hate your stadium in the Chamoionship and getting rid of Sullivan via relegation is the easy option.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a faulty phone issue since December. I was promised a return box that never arrived, my complaint has been incorrectly closed, and I’m still being charged. I’ve tried multiple times to resolve this and need urgent escalation.
