@SkyHelpTeam hi, my Internet has been seriously slow for days now. I was told you would check it regularly and sort out any issues as they happen. Obviously that isn't happening. It's having a big impact on ability to work from home.

@SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

@SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

@SkyHelpTeam Issue is I am paying for app and it doesn't work. Paying for it, can't watch anything. Doesn't recognise my active subscription. Trouble shooting useless, support from Sky non existent. Happens every month at renewal, get caught it endless login loop without being able to watch.

@SkyHelpTeam Good evening, can you please tell me why my download speed is currently between 4-8Mbps when I pay for Sky fibre and should have a minimum 27mbps download speed? Seems to be slow every evening!
