@SkyHelpTeam Hi I switched over to SkyQ on 24 Jan and since then it's barely worked. Disney+ won't load, Netflix shows a spinning wheel. Catch up says no internet but settings say its all ok. Can I switch back? I just want to watch TV with no issues 😡

@SkyHelpTeam broadband in Louth LN11 has been out for > 12 hours now. Agent told me at 8.30 there was an exchange outage in Grimsby. App persistently displays ‘no known local issues’ which is clearly untrue. When will service be restored please?
