@SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes but the issue the signal strength from the HUB through my home is too weak. I have no problem with the internet speed. The hub just isn’t powerful enough to provide a good connection.

@SkyHelpTeam There is no internet connection light on the router. My Mesh system is reporting no internet so don’t see how clearing the browser cache will help. Thinking of going to BT anyway.
