    @SkyUK Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam our sky won’t let us download anything we click on a programme to download and then it stops and says failed. I’ve turned box off and left it for a while turned back on and same thing happens. I’ve looked online forums and lots of people are having the same problem

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been paying for the SS Cricket channel for years, just so that when the ashes is on I can occasionally see how it’s going. So why the hell is it not even on? To make matters worse, I now see I’m paying for an NFL channel 😡. Typical ****** service from Sky.
