@SkyHelpTeam Hello. I've been a customer for over 2 years. I was paying £47 a month for broadband and TV, then it went up to £54. I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

@SkyHelpTeam why does my phone and xbox disconnect from the router? It even says there's no WiFi in my phone, with the exclamation mark yet every other device is fine. Phone is from hauwei, had someone put my stuff on a blacklist is is there issues with sky?
