    @SkyHelpTeam Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    @SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

    So I treated myself to a new PC, nothing flash, from @curryspcworld , installed my @NortonLifelock & connected to my @SkyHelpTeam broadband. What a complete waste of money. Connectivity is so slow I can’t even get hold of anyone via their online platforms to help trooubleshoot

    @SkyHelpTeam I was really happy to get it installed. The cable men came and frightened me out of it.. Cakes inside drilling holes inside and outside a Coto electric box.. I had to cancel. Worse of all 4 wiring weeks for a refund no a good look....

    @SkyHelpTeam no response yet to my issue which you say you can’t resolve until 16 Aug. Are you not embarrassed ? Oh yes i cant get an engineer onthe 14 Aug but that is a weekend and there is a charge of £15. Unbelievable customer support non existent

    @SkyUK No phone line no internet. When checking online via my 4g. Your site is saying there’s no problems in my area but there clearly is. Come on sky do better.
