@SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

@SkyHelpTeam Since having sky glass, I cannot access live Sky events on my iPad sky sports app, even though I have a subscription, it says I don’t have it. Watching football on Sky go, just goes blurry when signal drops to 3g. Never had this before now.

@SkyUK So what happens if you're internet goes down can't watch anything at all, as I've got fibre ultimate line was down few days thankfully got satellite works and don't buffer/glitch. Only saying as had it happend sorry Sky I'm sticking to normal satellite it works.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi sky, I have recently been having issues with my sky sports package. When I bought the package I was told they had almost every sport available. So howcome when I load onto my sky box there is no option to watch Syrian naked wrestling. This is great disappointment for me
