Catch up says no internet but settings say its all ok. Can I switch back? I just want to watch TV with no issues π‘

I've personally never had and never will have a Sky subscription, they're rip off merchants in my eyes. Heck I don't even watch TV any more, don't have one.

It's meant so you can get a signal 50 metres away in your summer house or similar, she lives in a one bedroom sheltered housing flat.

Had to intervene & used cooling off period. A bed salesman also took advantage sold her a bed she couldn't afford. Vile people. Never buy anything on phone!
