@SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

@SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

Had a call from @SkyUK about our package. Told them we were thinking of leaving as we have broadband and sky box problems and it’s expensive. They offered to transfer me to another department. On hold for 10 mins then they cut me off. Called back and it’s a 20 min wait! Rubbish!

@TrevorMLambert @bt_uk @SkyUK I've used most suppliers. A previous experience with Sky was disastrous and I also had huge problems with TalkTalk. This particular experience with Sky was OK but costs were not.
