No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

I appreciate you are trying to help but I shouldn't have to be messing around with menus to access football which I have paid for. If the main event system is not reliable,major football matches should always be on 402/403
