@SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

@SkyHelpTeam No, the first engineer just replaced the box, and we list all our recordings, this didn't fix the issue. The next engineer changed a few settings and suggested that we try hard wiring instead of wifi, tried this, didn't work

@SkyHelpTeam good morning, I am having problems with my Sky Go app on my laptop. I keep getting the error message PFE 9001 if I try to watch any channel (I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, signed out, signed in again, none of these have fixed it)

@SeanK1973 @SkyHelpTeam Same, have had 2 engineers call, first replaced my main box, lost everything we had recorded, didn't fix the freezing issue, next engineer actually spent time changing settings etc, no fix, he said he had lots of similar calls as sky q is ****
