    @SkyUK Just seen first bill on MySky App and massively overcharged. No help online and phone line cuts me off as billing queries not considered important. Please contact me ASAP. After 2 month delay in set up and 2 engineer visits we’re really disappointed.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve run them, my broadband is running at less than 1 MBPs per hour still after this…. I’d like to make a complaint this is not acceptable

    @SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I switched over to SkyQ on 24 Jan and since then it's barely worked. Disney+ won't load, Netflix shows a spinning wheel. Catch up says no internet but settings say its all ok. Can I switch back? I just want to watch TV with no issues 😡

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam The so-called broadband that we pay for us is non-existent. Surely this is some form of theft now. WiFi drops out on mobiles, tablet lags, it takes two hours to watch one episode due to the buffering and now our Echo doesn’t work. Please please god fix it.

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad took out a sky sports package on a promo and now wants to cancel. Unfortunately apparently you can’t use live chat, phone up and when you try to make a complaint it claims it doesn’t recognise the correct details. You call this service?!

    @1972_rickyb @ForFarkesSakeV2 @SkySports You are correct there is only one United, it’s Leeds United.The clue is in the name, last time I looked there were two teams in Manchester. Therefore a Manchester team wcan never be United. Ask your teacher tomorrow if you’re struggling with the concept
