I’ve used the messenger service - waited for over an hour for it to then say - an error has occurred ! My sky hasn’t worked for over a year - cancel it please!!

My renewal is exactly the same as I currently pay so to put my price up if I don’t renew has an admin cost too but there is no set up fee applied then. I shall be moving my broadband.
