@SkyHelpTeam Hello , that’s the same link I’ve used before ! It tells you to call as it can’t be cancelled on the app ! I’ve used the messenger service - waited for over an hour for it to then say - an error has occurred ! My sky hasn’t worked for over a year - cancel it please!!

@cazmaxwby Yeah ever since we’ve “upgraded” to the new broadband, even paying the £4 “boost” it’s been worse than the old one, awful service and product. It guaranteed WiFi in every room in the house & it just doesn’t. Will be ringing to complain when I can get through @skytv @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam got a new sky q box on Tuesday but the Paramount plus app isn't showing up. Have restarted the box, done a upgrade but its just not showing up and I had it before. Tried to activate again tells me to go to app but there is no app showing. Help.
