Saying 'oh it's working now' doesn't help when Sheff Utd fail to get into Champions League by 1 pt at the end of the season.

@cazmaxwby Yeah ever since we’ve “upgraded” to the new broadband, even paying the £4 “boost” it’s been worse than the old one, awful service and product. It guaranteed WiFi in every room in the house & it just doesn’t. Will be ringing to complain when I can get through @skytv @SkyHelpTeam

Finally cancelled broadband install today with @SkyUK, having had no broadband since 13th December. First world problems yes but actually I work from home, and depend on this for work. Notification today I might wait another 3 weeks for connection. Buyer beware. #broadband
