    @virginmedia hey, quick question, is your latest hub any better i.e. offers better strength/coverage than @SkyHelpTeam hub? I ask as we have two @ring doorbells some distance from the current hub and connections are awful. Contract almost up and it’s decision time 🤔. Thx

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I just signed up for a sky mobile sim and noticed in the emails it says 5G Network Add on, can you tell me does that mean I’ll be receiving a 5G sim? If so, my mobile is not compatible as it’s running on 4G. Can you help with this please?

    @SkyHelpTeam we’ve been having intermittent Wi-Fi signal for the last few days and it’s really impacting our ability to work from home. The router will be showing all green lights but nothing will load up. Please help
