    @SkyHelpTeam No customer service did as there was no other option at that point. So I had to as I wasn’t able to pay £15 a month for a sport channel with no sport.

    @PaulBowmer @SkyHelpTeam Thing is they said this to me I still took the option to cancel as I don’t see any sport happening for months now. So they tried threatening me saying I won’t get the same deal. I said I think I will as you will be crying out for the business when it’s all over. 🤣

    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed bet 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    @SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope because I never had that option in the first few weeks. But how can sky justify charging me £5 more now when there is less sport and football matches won’t be the same with no fans. I have bt sport and there only gonna charge me 50% next month.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’ve been charged a £20 admin fee for moving home which I haven’t agreed to. I was forced to take out new contracts to take Sky with me, and am being charged unfairly despite being a VIP Gold customer. Please help me to resolve.

    @SkyHelpTeam There's a telegraph pole and a utility manhole opposite my house and they've apparently identified that the problem is outside the house. There seem to be openreach men there every other day. Obviously a major issue and I'm still paying for intermittent service. Still unresolved

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, what do I do to cancel sky broadband but not the TV? Do I simply sign up with a new provider? And by them setting up they cancel with you? Or do I also need to call and cancel?
