Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

After having broadband problems one of your tech support said to reboot the router, this ended up causing the thing to brick. Even after giving a detailed description of the problems your support staff ignored the fact it is a router problem and
