@pirate9853 @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Yep, according to Sky, Openreach can take up to 3-5 WORKING DAYS to rectify a mistake they made!!?? So could be using my 4G well into next week. Terrible ‘customer service’ from Openreach. Technically Sky are their customer so I don’t matter and Openreach don’t care 🤬🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Never did resolve after 5 resets -12 till 5pm we had no WIFI We survived but my meetings were interupted, obviously not helpful, however 15years Diamond 💎 Maybe a free movie of our choice in sky store for inconvenience?

@SkyHelpTeam hi our sky q box always tries to sign in to our neighbours sky WiFi. Everything we turn the box we have to reset the network settings to our own WiFi. Send help it's so annoying. Thanks. @anniehops

@SkyHelpTeam I purchased Sky Tv and Broadband lately. I asked they do not activate the broadband until I have the router, they have today and no router. I work from home and have many meetings later, this is an issue for me. This number 03442 414 414 does not work from Ireland. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam why do you continue to use DPD? They have tried delivering my sky delivery to an address that is not mine and won’t redeliver today. I’ve taken day off work as today was delivery date. DPD told me that’s sky’s issue!!! Help.
