.@SkyHelpTeam broadband down for 9 hours in total overnight and on 4 separate occasions today. It has cost me time and money. Maybe I should move over to @TrooliFibre - @SkyUK does loyalty count for anything & why can’t I get through to u for details of the outage. Compensation?

Hi @SkyUK why is 3G still a thing in 2025? The internet service is really poor whenever I’m on the trains or buses I still get 3G! Please sort it out!
