@SkyHelpTeam I wish to cancel Sky cinema, but cannot get through on any of your numbers to do so. I note with interest that if I wished to ADD this service, it would be easy, but as I wish to cancel a service I never requested, should I cancel my direct debit to get attention?

Can you still complain on here and companies wade in and go "hang on a second, how can I help you?" Because Sky are bloody hopeless in trying to get basic stuff sorted. Inclined to say getting rid of a chunk of the customer service team probably isn't helping. @SkyHelpTeam
