@SkyHelpTeam I have tried via this route, telephone, live chat, messenger and speaking with the value team and each time getting a different price even when I was promised that quotes would be saved! Anyway, customer down now!!

@SkyHelpTeam Forgive me for pushing, but the major incident manager will have an idea of whether this is hours or days. All I'm asking for is an indicative, non committal timeline estimate. If you can't provide this please ask internally for someone who can. It's a fair question is it not?

@shellbills @SkyHelpTeam Because they have your money they sublet the line, If not in contract MOVE to BT who have the right engineres to fix problems! Maybe more people should know that BT really hold all the cards

@SkyHelpTeam @shellbills Your engineers are not able to sort!! BT apparently are the only ones who can fix. Apparently Sky, and all the other broadband providers pay BT to fix! They would rather u leave than pay BT

Hi @SkyHelpTeam , I am trying to watch something on Disney+ on my SkyQ box, and after about 3 seconds I get kicked out of Disney+ to a black screen. Only when I hit the home button to I get taken back to the Sky menu ~ please help.
