    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried via this route, telephone, live chat, messenger and speaking with the value team and each time getting a different price even when I was promised that quotes would be saved! Anyway, customer down now!!

    @OpenreachHelp Like I have highlighted I have been waiting since 29 SEPTEMBER for broadband and @SkyHelpTeam has told me that you have now cancelled my order! I was also told that my only option going forward will be for Sky to add me as a new customer meaning my waiting time can be even longer

    @daftmoves @SkyHelpTeam Its a 4K Dolby Atmos enabled TV thats primary function is to provide you with a premium subscription TV service with ad ons for Movies and Sports, hows is any of that now luxury? You should think yourselves lucky that you even get TV you should be sent to the work houses
