@SkyHelpTeam I have tried via this route, telephone, live chat, messenger and speaking with the value team and each time getting a different price even when I was promised that quotes would be saved! Anyway, customer down now!!

36 Hours without internet access...trying to reach the right department to address it with @SkyUK took five hours a fault at the exchange...the advisors I spoke with (apart from Jordan) were great but overall their customer service was abysmal

Wow. Just switched the tv on, was left on Sky Sports last night, so fired up with Soccer AM on. Jesus! How is that still on? Does ANYONE still watch that ****?? Saw 2 minutes of it....what utter CRAP!! Can @SkySports not do better than that these days?? It's GARBAGE!!
