@SkyHelpTeam I have tried via this route, telephone, live chat, messenger and speaking with the value team and each time getting a different price even when I was promised that quotes would be saved! Anyway, customer down now!!

@SkyHelpTeam I understand that, I realise that from the experience I’ve had but when I’d already spend over an hour on the phone and got nowhere for the department I was then put through too to “close” after holding for 15 minutes it’s extremely frustrating and a terrible service to customers

Kept waiting in a Chat to @SkyUK for 4+ hours to talk to someone not to get through. Call the next day, waiting 40mins for the call to be dropped before reaching a person. Sky, get your **** together.
