    @SkyHelpTeam For several days now I have received the same error message when trying to use any on demand content ‘download failed. item unavailable’. This is a widespread issue with your customers and needs fixing or customers compensating for lack of service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Contacted Sky3 occasions last week- still waiting for a manager call as promised to explain what the 3 week delays are getting my broadband in place as a Platinum customer - two failed appts by OpenReach after waiting in all day 😡Sky flagged to escalation team,Still nothing!😡
