@SkyHelpTeam Genuinely the worst customer support I’ve experienced in a long time. Sheer incompetence has left an elderly woman more vulnerable after her SIM cards were disabled, with no ability to fix this remotely. Replacement SIMs take days. Completely unacceptable

@SkySports got rid of the old boys le tissier, Nicholson and Thompson a few years ago for some new blood. I think it’s time for a new round of redundancies. Tim Sherwood and Jamie redknapp are awful
