@SkyHelpTeam I have tried via this route, telephone, live chat, messenger and speaking with the value team and each time getting a different price even when I was promised that quotes would be saved! Anyway, customer down now!!

@jackmoon10 @SkyHelpTeam For broadband you need to run the online line test which will tell you if the issue is an outage, or if its specific to your line it will again book a broadband engineer to resolve it

@SkyHelpTeam Either you restrict access to emails in Indonesia or you don’t. Which? Or are you suggesting it’s a pure coincidence that both my wife and I can’t access our email accounts. We need to access flight information. Blocking this is a huge issue. More example of poor service.
