    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried via this route, telephone, live chat, messenger and speaking with the value team and each time getting a different price even when I was promised that quotes would be saved! Anyway, customer down now!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning Ellie, not any of your fault ,it is the design , and the fact that I have never opened it before it has been working on the batteries it came with in April. May be @Sky should look at the design fit and make it like the other remotes

Hope you’re feeling alright because it’s definitely not like thats what everyone had to do before Covid seemingly gave everyone the god given right to WFH. Also its a domestic broadband service so you have no right to moan about work

    Ok after almost 2 weeks my sky talk and broadband problems still haven’t been sorted @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp sky say openreach will sort within 24-48 hours !!!! Or should that be days ?? #Sky #Openreach #Fault my broadband has been way below my guaranteed speed too
