@SkyUK @skytv why do I pay nearly £100 per month (including tv, broadband and phone line) for a disrupted, distorted signal to my televisions which make watching my favourite programmes implausible?? I’ve done your suggestions and it’s made my signal worse.

@SkyHelpTeam I am SICK of your customer service telling me incorrect information. I know more than them! Promised that the TV Engineer will provide me with a white broadband booster hub as per my notes. Told only Broadband Engineers carry them (which I assumed) So now what?!
