@SkyHelpTeam I have tried via this route, telephone, live chat, messenger and speaking with the value team and each time getting a different price even when I was promised that quotes would be saved! Anyway, customer down now!!

@SkyUK I have been in a cue to cancel my subscription only to be cut off. I’ve been trying to negotiate my contracts but yet again wasting my time on the phone knowing you can do better but we have to go through this every 18 months. I’d like a call back please.
