    @SkyUK this is not how you handle and resolve a customer complaint. You offer things to placate people and keep them happy, not offer them things at full price and make them pay extra for it anyway. This is without doubt the worst piece of customer service I have ever

    @SkyHelpTeam hi sky. Weird question but I seem to have gone from being a platinum #skyvip member to silver. Don’t know why but I have been a customer since 2012 maybe earlier ( internet ) the only change is i upgraded to tv in October ,..

    @SkyHelpTeam From Now TV(Sky) site : Our engineers have let us know that the problem affecting your connection has been caused by a fault in the power supply at the local exchange. They are currently on site working to fix this now and we'll provide an update on progress this afternoon(S36)
