@SkyHelpTeam I have tried via this route, telephone, live chat, messenger and speaking with the value team and each time getting a different price even when I was promised that quotes would be saved! Anyway, customer down now!!

@SkyHelpTeam is there any issues in Sheffield region with your broadband?? This is the second time today the Internet on my router has gone down to just off nevermind Amber. Constantly have been having issues for years saying its router or the mirco filters or you need more 1/2

@SkyUK is there a problem in the Sittingbourne (Kent) area? Checking as last time this happened it was due to an engineer “accidentally cutting off my line” and I was without internet for 5 days... just want to check it’s something you’re working to fix before I have to call...
