@SkyHelpTeam I have tried via this route, telephone, live chat, messenger and speaking with the value team and each time getting a different price even when I was promised that quotes would be saved! Anyway, customer down now!!

@SkyHelpTeam Two days ago when they promised and engineer would be out and fix it in 48hrs. That was 48hrs after another team member saud a Tier 3BT engineer would be out Wednesday morning between 8 & 1 and then didn’t book the appointment with BT

@SkyHelpTeam is there a common fault with skyQ boxes at the moment? We can’t pause/fast forward anything we’re watching and also there’s issues with the box continuously freezing? It’s happening on all of our boxes in the house
