Iโve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds wonโt be the same in other rooms unless I spend another ยฃ6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldnโt have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now
