Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Carl Anderson (@anderson_carl) reported@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had broadband connectivity issues for over two months, four engineer visits and still the problem goes on. I lodged a complaint which seems to have been closed despite the ongoing issue. Appalling customers service. Avoid @sky if you can!

Carl Anderson (@anderson_carl) reported@SkyHelpTeam I just spent two hours on the phone to your technical team, and it was a waste of time. Another engineer coming out tomorrow AM, so this will be fifth time lucky. The issue needs escalating to people who can actually fix it, and my complaint needs reopening until fixed.
