Sadly super disappointed with @SkyUK #broadband @SkyHelpTeam since my 70 year old father tried to get help with his broadband that keeps disconnecting. Just fed lots of jargon on the phone that was confusing and ultimately useless 😞

@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@SkyHelpTeam @RealRobM Sky team, Rob’s right. I too suffered an outage of my Sky Broadband (south London) last night. It happened at the same time as the planned work around midnight. Please check with your network team, things go wrong with planned work, gas lighting doesn’t help customer confidence
