Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Sadly super disappointed with @SkyUK #broadband @SkyHelpTeam since my 70 year old father tried to get help with his broadband that keeps disconnecting. Just fed lots of jargon on the phone that was confusing and ultimately useless 😞

@SkyUK hi had sky installed this afternoon! Was working fine moved the tv and now not receiving any satellite!! 30 minute que on the phone! Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam Well it hasn't confirmed anythig just says coming soon in my account but given the issue I would assume home visit. I disconnected and reconnected everything indoors and now it works again.

@SkyHelpTeam Think Sky Stream needs some work. Constant crashes, Netflix freezing after use, stream glitches, and other bugs. Switching off at the wall 2-3 times per day. Network fine, software issues all over!
