Sadly super disappointed with @SkyUK #broadband @SkyHelpTeam since my 70 year old father tried to get help with his broadband that keeps disconnecting. Just fed lots of jargon on the phone that was confusing and ultimately useless 😞

@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@SkyHelpTeam So I send a pm. You tell me to call a number. I end up with the upgrade team (?) who can’t help. That’s about 10 hours on the phone now and I’m still holding. This is the worst service ever and I’ve been a customer since 1992. I won’t be for much longer

Last year it took you nearly a month to fix a ‘simple’ external fault after weeks of multiple complaints and eventually an apology for the shocking service we received. Today...SAME PROBLEM 😑wonder how long we’re looking at this time 🙄@WeAreOpenreach @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Why do you have to call to cancel Sky services (as opposed to managing services online), then when you do you’re on hold for 20+ mins?
