Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Sadly super disappointed with @SkyUK #broadband @SkyHelpTeam since my 70 year old father tried to get help with his broadband that keeps disconnecting. Just fed lots of jargon on the phone that was confusing and ultimately useless 😞

@SkyHelpTeam is there known issue in Kent today? Seen a few posts about broadband not working and mines been on and off today and now it’s just off with no wireless devices able to connect
