Sadly super disappointed with @SkyUK #broadband @SkyHelpTeam since my 70 year old father tried to get help with his broadband that keeps disconnecting. Just fed lots of jargon on the phone that was confusing and ultimately useless 😞

@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@SkyHelpTeam Also, worth noting that we were told that there was no visible problems from your side... the place we've had to come and work there are two other people who have come out to work due to their Sky internet failing. Sort it out.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying again Emma, Yes, when Sky HD boxes were (supposedly) "upgraded" to Q the bookmarks were removed. So my question remains: Why? Why have you removed bookmarks from your (Sky) service? "Noting points" with a pen & paper is not nearly as convenient. So, why?
