Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

I have to hand it to @SkyHelpTeam, their customer services in the past 2 weeks has exceeded all expectations and they are completely useless, dishonest and nothing short of a shambles. Problem still not sorted 😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Three weeks is a long time to have an issue like this, I am a VIP customer been with SKY for over twenty years and pay over £100 per month. This is awful customer service, I’d expect a lot better especially over the festive period.

@SkyHelpTeam shambles!!! House move requested Over two weeks ago, engineer visit booked today who cannot get us connected to broadband because of an apparent issue with the cable. Called your customer service and kept getting cut off!! Pathetic service! Sort it out please!
