So our broadband has been down for 3 days already. @SkyUK has told us that they might sort it by the 28th (6 more days). We are using our mobile data but they’ve said they won’t be giving those Gb back because there’s no policy for that. What a lovely service, eh?

@SkyUK My Sky package is slowly edging up. Some new customer deals from a couple of years ago have worsened discounts but... I'm still around £30 a month better off than when I was with Virgin Media. Never going back.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, the problem is that it’s on sky sports action. I have paid for the football and premier league packages, so why are you asking us to pay more for this game? You should have unlocked the channel for this game for those who have paid for the football packages.
