    @SkySports new scores app is poor. Too much branding and too little info on screen without scrolling, should be able to see all PL scores at once, and screen refreshes at least twice on opening, so it’s slow to get what you want.

    @SkyHelpTeam For the last few days I cannot download any on demand programs on Sky channels (Landscapers, Ragdoll as examples) or sky cinema films. All day Failed. Can record live tv and BBC, C4 on demand fine. Sky + box, no other streaming issues. Have reset box. No change.

    @SkyHelpTeam This test is awful. All it does is tell you whether or not the broadband is on. Our broadband performance has been terrible all day today to the point where we cannot work. I have done all the steps as instructed and the problem persists.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, do you know of any issues in the CA14 area? Every 20-30 minutes my broadband keeps dropping out and then it will reconnect again a couple of minutes later. Been doing it for the last 2 days.

    @SkyHelpTeam what's going on with being unable to download on demand from sky channels, it seems lots of people up and down the nation are affected, just keep getting a 'download failed' message yet all other non sky channels are fine,.I hope a credit on our bills is forthcoming
