Received a text advising of a data breach by @SkyHelpTeam and to ring a number to unlock the account. Sounds dodgy..checked the web page and sure enough confirmation of the breach. Dialled the number and now convinced it is genuinely Sky as there is a 30 minute wait! #service

@SkyHelpTeam Pete, you do not understand the problem. All programmes are currently downloading in SD only, even those which are clearly advertised as being available in HD. It is a fault, specific to my account, which the team have not been able to fix.

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah none of these worked, We have already called the help team too on Thursday and someone came to look at it on Friday and they fixed it and that lasted for a day now the speeds have just dropped again
