In there you should see usage, alternatively go to piggybank and transfer data to sim and you’ll see balance in there. Sky got rid of most of customer service and the entirety of sales so I doubt you’ll get a response on X.

  @SkyHelpTeam been a Sky customer for 25 years but today wasn’t getting the service I’d hoped for on the phone so have cancelled all tv / tv packages, as I was being made to feel very under valued
