@SkyHelpTeam next door has had some builders in and my sky dish was obstructing the scaffolding so they attached it to the scaffolding. Just got home, the scaffolding has gone and they have just left my sky dish on the floor? Any advice? As I now have no TV signal

@SkyHelpTeam my wife just did a mobile upgrade but now the phone has arrived, there is no reference to it being an upgrade or how to return her old phone. Also no reference to the order in her account! She has tried the online help but it’s an endless loop. Also called support.

@TheyCallHimR @SkyHelpTeam People have been asking for Airplay / casting since the 90’s and they just ignore it and say it’s for DRM reasons, yet countless other similar apps seem to do it without issue. Ironically if you use the W10 app, you can connect via HDMI and it’s all fine.

Sky Go / Sky Sports iOS app is so poor. Not really focused on a user friendly experience (eg allowing Picture in Picture mode or AirPlay to another tv/device) - why is this? Windows 10 Sky Go app drains the battery like it’s a race to get it to 0%. So poor @SkyHelpTeam
