    @SkyHelpTeam next door has had some builders in and my sky dish was obstructing the scaffolding so they attached it to the scaffolding. Just got home, the scaffolding has gone and they have just left my sky dish on the floor? Any advice? As I now have no TV signal

    @SkyHelpTeam my wife just did a mobile upgrade but now the phone has arrived, there is no reference to it being an upgrade or how to return her old phone. Also no reference to the order in her account! She has tried the online help but it’s an endless loop. Also called support.

    @SkyUK I’m so done with Sky Internet, paying £50 a month to sky and they have internet that doesn’t stay on for 12 hours, it’s so slow, so inconsistent and shite, worst internet broadband by a long shot.

    Crazy thought but I’d call centres spent less time explaining the customer satisfaction survey, the waiting times might be a little shorter and perhaps, customer satisfaction may just improve too! Crazy thoughts as I said. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyUK Unbelievable trouble!! Sky Q installed on 1June but no viewing card. I’ve rung customer services four times now - on each occasion they promise a card within two days. I last rang on 14 June … still no card received. Why can’t you get a simple viewing card to me?!
