@SkyHelpTeam lip syncing issues on Sky Q mini box tv. Switched system/tv off/taken plugs out. Looked at audio/visual settings m changed ‘dig audio delay optical’ settings n changed. Also looked at TV settings. Advice?

@SkySports new scores app is poor. Too much branding and too little info on screen without scrolling, should be able to see all PL scores at once, and screen refreshes at least twice on opening, so it’s slow to get what you want.

More trouble with Sky Broadband to add to the issues we already have with our Sky HD Box. We pay them a great deal of money for completely unsatisfactory service @skytv @SkyUK time to find a new provider for all our services.

Anyone else find it unacceptable service providers like @SkyUK use C19 as a way of completely dropping customer service? Yes I still have the “service”, but no customer support? If my service fails, there is no way of contacting Sky unless I’m a key worker. It’s a joke.

@SkyHelpTeam Upgraded my sky q box in December at a cost of £50, had sound drop out issues ever since. Never a problem with my older sky q box. No sign of a fix so am lowering my subscription as this issue has forced me into more streaming services. Been with sky for years 😔
