@SkyUK My Sky package is slowly edging up. Some new customer deals from a couple of years ago have worsened discounts but... I'm still around £30 a month better off than when I was with Virgin Media. Never going back.

Something tells me that @SkyUK will be losing a lot of customers due to their outage, it wasn’t long ago when their was a previous outage if this continues they’ll lose a lot of money 🤷🏾🙈 #sky #SkyBroadbandOutage

So our broadband has been down for 3 days already. @SkyUK has told us that they might sort it by the 28th (6 more days). We are using our mobile data but they’ve said they won’t be giving those Gb back because there’s no policy for that. What a lovely service, eh?

@SkyUK why is my Internet down. The power's on the #SkyQBox and having the normal TV however on the #SkyRouterbox its saying power's (Green) but ( internet/Wifi) Red ???? I've even taken all the wires out switched sockets on and off and still same results!!. GET IT FIXED!!

@SkyUK Don't trust Sky, I signed up a couple of months ago for 18 months assuming the £23 pm would remain for the contract, just increase to £27pm & no doubt add even more next year. Also broadband speeds & WiFi in the house is terrible & there is nothing they can do to fix it.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam agreed a contract this January for broadband at £20 per mth. Just been told its now going up to £24. A 20% increase! Rung #sky and they won't negotiate. Now have 30 days to find another supplier. Why do sky treat their customers so badly @MartinSLewis
