@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had an issue with you since Nov, raised a complaint yesterday and said I want to correspond bus email. Just had a voicemail from someone to book an engineer. You’ll realise from my complaint I don’t. It would be lovely if you listened to your customers.

@SkyUK Don't want to psy for BBC services, so lets scrap the licence fee. Never watch dross such as Eastenders, any dramas, listen to any BBC raidio. Too much general garbage on the BBC.

@SkyHelpTeam My issue is you send an engineer NOT trained in installing sky q boxes to install a sky Q box! That is stupid at best, I took time off work today to be told by your team member he wasn’t trained for the job you sent him on!

@SkyHelpTeam Send dm. Sorry its long, wanted to make sure you know the full issue. Please read and advise as I've had 2 sky engineers and abca engineer and everyone saying different things and signal is almost none existsant. So want both abca and sky to come out together to sort the install

@SkyHelpTeam I have done this. The automated service checked the line and there is an issue. However it said there was a problem and tried to connect me to an operator. Then i was told to go back online because the call centres are closed

@SkyHelpTeam 4 attempts and it says I will be connected to an agent once payment has been made then cuts off. Great customer service where you staff lied about the monthly price which is more than double the price agreed upon then refuse to take a call.

@SkySports You actually had someone watch the game and give them ratings? Rice a 6 man was up and down more than a prostitutes knickers! Should be an 8. Shaw a 6 the man was all over the place and got an assist. Walker a 6? He done nothing wrong. Infact the back 2 and wing backs was unreal
