Possibly because it means admitting the line speed dropped because of work your engineers did to install fibre to the area (but not to the majority of properties or any flats on our estate).

We're one of half a dozen houses on our road which can't have fibre due to previous issues with companies not being allowed to dig up land, so we're stuck with BT and any providers which use their lines. Sky's equipment is good but wasn't sure about Vodafone.

Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

They left an elderly customer distressed and upset. Charging for a service you don’t provide is unacceptable.

Monies, despite what gets said year on year has never really reached the grass roots in the way that it should. Its ridiculous to say otherwise. Opportunity is there but never taken.
