Trying to start a workday with no network isn't going to go well...

If it was up to Sky, the issue would have been sorted within days along - unfortunately, its not and we have to go through Openreach.

It's been escalated to your high level complaints team, but still Openreach won't do anything about the issue. We have no other options in this area - the only network available belongs to Openreach.

Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

The last direct messages sent between yourselves and I was the 28th August 2020.

Deeko (@MaxwellDerek) reported@SkyUK terrible customer service. Outage in my area (G72) and my broadband not working since Friday 21st August, still not back up and running. When I phone to ask when it will be sorted, the call handlers are not interested and only want to upgrade my tv/broadband package.
