Chris Henning (@the_hendog) reported from Bradford, England@SkyUK is there a problem in the BD17 area? My broadband is constantly dropping in and out every 2 to 3 mins. A real pain in the backside.
-
Dan Fox (@DanielFoxRail) reported from Huddersfield, England@SkyHelpTeam afraid to say I haven't had Internet now for nearly 12 hours, not so much of a problem while I was asleep but automated messages of "we're working on it" aren't really informative customer services. Trying to start a workday with no network isn't going to go well...
-
arsenal86 (@marcd86) reported from Huddersfield, England@SkyHelpTeam musky app now broken won't log in - same details work on website so definitely app that is not working
-
Marching On Together (@motforum) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam Three and a half weeks to be left without the service I pay you a lot of money for is extremely poor though!
-
Scott Duckitt (@ScottyRDuckitt) reported from Bradford, England@SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been really slow takes awhile for things to load. Can't even check my speed test as it's not connecting to my hub so it says that on the app and on sky's (your) website
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@OpenreachHelp Sky @SkyHelpTeam will be able to confirm we've tried this multiple times. It's been escalated to your high level complaints team, but still Openreach won't do anything about the issue. We have no other options in this area - the only network available belongs to Openreach.
-
Island van Bearhorst (@willienic) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam I've no satellite signal at all coming through. Went through trouble shooting online and it says I need to book an engineer. Next engineer not available until 22nd December? Not exactly the best service in the world is it?
-
Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate it must be embarrassing that your teams have caused such disruption to an estate, but it is your issue to rectify. If it was up to Sky, the issue would have been sorted within days along - unfortunately, its not and we have to go through Openreach.
-
Gemmalea Woodward 🐝 (@Woodylass) reported from Oldham, England@SkyHelpTeam Morning. I am booked to broadband and skyq installed next week. Is there gonna be any issues installing this as I work from home so need the transition to you guys to go smoothly
-
Emma Smith (@emmasmithjourno) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.
-
Gods Country ⚔️ (@TheLedge71) reported from Huddersfield, England@smezvilla @Charl0santio @SkySports Once more, horse ****. If you got your head out your arse for one minute you would understand why players take the knee. Perhaps go get yourself educated in the actual reasons rather than believing what the Sun tells you.
-
Craig (@Roobers74) reported from Dewsbury, England@SkyHelpTeam hi. I’m trying to call re a mobile swap yet as soon as I confirm my password I am being disconnected. Happened 4 times now. Can you help please?
-
Andrew Jones (@drewjones03) reported from Cawthorne, EnglandHow was that not a foul on Helik leading up to the goal?! Routledge had hold of his shorts blocking him from getting to the ball. Dog **** officials again. And @SkySports commentary team could try being a bit less biased too.
-
Craig McGrath (@craigymac83) reported from Leeds, England@dukesof16 @SkySports Absolute hero of that cup run never forgotten #bcafc
-
Philip Lomax (@philiplomax88) reported from Mossley, EnglandAt my wits end @SkyUK the new planner layout change is driving me mad, put it back to a side panel. Series link is shocking too. Why label everything NEW: xxx so it never records it. 🙄
-
John Hearson (@londonboyjohn) reported from Wibsey, England@Belfastjmac @SkyUK Just cancel lot mate, they'll come back with a good offer to keep everything.

Stewart (@StewForsyth) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach .. network in 2018. Using the internet or any services (like Sky Catch Up!) are almost impossible as our speeds are so slow. I do appreciate it's not Sky's fault (its Openreach's), but we really need your help to push them to do something while we wait on fibre.

-
GeordieWBush (@geordie_w_bush) reported@ForFarkesSakeV2 @SkySports FFS baited thinking you were a spurs fan. Wtf Leeds fans having digs for? Because they briefly go above us?
-
EverythingFootball (@ToonFan14) reportedI find it funny that, according to the media and watching @SkySports, Tottenham’s injuries this season have been “unlucky” yet #NUFC’s (just as bad) injuries two years ago which resulted in us finishing 7th was the “project failing” Got to love a narrative.
-
fduffy (@fduffy123) reported@SkySports Bottom line is, he bullied his way to play 1 event less than others. Extra fines he incurred is a very flimsy excuse for DPWT to agree to this. It all about being forced to play extra events. A solution was much easier to find because they don't have to worry about next year.
-
Electric Jellyfish (@ElectricJllyfsh) reported@nffckez @SkySports @SkySportsPL If you know that why are you still paying for Sky Sports Premier League then? Get a dodgy box/stick. Then again you follow the Premier League so thick as **** anyway.
-
cfcMode_v2.0 (@cfcMode_v2) reported@DavidHenigUK @skysports choosing Chelsea v Spurs for an 8:15pm KO when they know there’s a tube strike that evening is a classic example of the utter contempt the authorities & TV companies have for match going fans. Like an idiot I will still go but many can’t.
-
