    So yet again @SkyHelpTeam penalise their long standing customers who have older equipment by not giving them the full experience. No HDR, no @disneyplus in 4K for me. It’s not like I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. I think this is the final straw. #beliveinbettermyarse

    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv 1/2 Hello! So I have found myself in hospital so to speak. At the side of my bed I have a Hospedia TV / Phone. I have no mobile phone signal & only able to use the cloud. Which says its run by sky. It's only for messaging really unless you pay. Due to Covid...

    Not enough paying for a season ticket n probably not gna get to watch a game all season and paying for a @SkySports subs I’m now expected to pay £15 a game for selected PPV games....whoever has decided that....go **** yourselves 🖕🖕

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi my friends net has gone down and she’s been calling & calling for hrs now but can’t get through, engineers worked on the tel lines yesterday now the nets gone off, if I DM you her number and add will you call her pls.

    @SkyHelpTeam just had my net set up today and after installing the router I’m having low signal strengths in multiple rooms as I live in a high rise flat with thick walls. Can’t find how to either add boost to my package, but do u have a router with more than 2 Ethernet ports? 😢

    This would all be sorted if @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach actually finished the install of fibre to our estate, but they still seem to be dragging their heels on that. I've put up with these slow speeds for too long now! Its 2020, and I'm basically on dial up. @SkyHelpTeam

    @Hannah_c_casey @SkyUK Even so, concerns people may have about this becoming the future of the service have validity because I can't see many people being happy about the concept of having to get a whole new TV just to watch Sky if this indeed becomes the only way to get Sky TV.

    @missybpink @SkyUK Exactly. Why not just produce a Sky Q box (using existing mini boxes for other rooms) which receives signal over wifi rather than Satellite. Don't want a thick chunky TV to replace a thin wall mounted TV. And don't want to be tied to Sky forever more. Means can't shop around.

    @SkyHelpTeam so disgusted. A guy answer the call saying "yes" after I explained everything I the though the guy was saying on the phone "send me your wires" turns out it was device. He tutted at me saying "they don't even sound alike". Seriously I pay for the worse service ever

    @SkyUK There should be an option not to buy the tv who ******** wants to replace their tv for sky? And my front room takes a 75 inch because that’s the hole I built for it so that rendered me out of the package deal.

    @PcCentric @skytv @SkyUK Not sure this is a good idea at all. You have to pay extra to be able to ffwd ads and if your broadband goes down you have no TV. And only 60Hz…is it April 1st already?! #ItsANoFromMe
