    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. We purchased Frozen 2 when it came out and downloaded it to our Sky box. We've just went to play it and it doesn't work. It goes to a blue screen, but nothing happens. It's a bit disappointing as we now don't have the HD version we paid for to watch.

    @SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t need to consider leaving if you had any interest in trying to help. My internet constantly freezes or connection drops. Appreciate these times but only speaking to some professions isn’t good enough. What about all us others that rely on your services to work from home

    @SkyHelpTeam where do I stand on my Broadband package. I am not getting the guaranteed speeds. You gave me the option to cancel but time limited me to 30 days. Now I cannot get hold of anybody on phone, email or chat to discuss this. Other providers promising better speeds.

    @SkySports The Premier League will not declare the season null and void because then Sky & BT would sue them for a refund of around £4.6 Billion investment it made so financially it wouldn't make sense to cancel the season.Every place in the Premier League is worth millions to the clubs.

    @FaxBrony @paul_warrand @Fi3ld23 @SkySports Calm down Bundesliga had 10 positive tests results. Now these players are isolating there will be zero players with covid training tomorrow. Tests done twice a week to minimise risk. Safest working environment on earth.

    @SkyHelpTeam one of your help categories other than COVID/key worker/vulnerable customers is being unable to access Sky services but there is no option for this on contact number IVR and online guides and tests can’t fix broadband fault also impacting TV viewing - help please

    @SkyHelpTeam what are you expecting customers to do with issues. Won’t speak to me over the phone and the app says my internet is working fine.. when it clearly isn’t. Funny how there isn’t a clear option to cancel my subscription on the app either. I suggest you get in touch!

    @SkyUK is such a terrible product with such poor support. Paying over £70 a month for something that does not work. Constant technical faults, can’t go 10 mins without a loss of signal. Engineers coming out with no solutions and no way to get out of your contact. Awful..

    @SkyHelpTeam yeah, our on demand services have come back just no signal someone has spoken to someone in our building and hopefully an engineer to look at the communal aerial is coming Tuesday or sometime next week as its not just us in the building

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyMobileCorp don’t buy a Spacetalk watch from sky, worst purchase, Christmas present for my daughter, doesn’t work,can’t get it repaired or replaced calls to Mumbai and U.K, one call lasting 1.5 hours. Past cooling off period total joke
