    @SkyHelpTeam where do I stand on my Broadband package. I am not getting the guaranteed speeds. You gave me the option to cancel but time limited me to 30 days. Now I cannot get hold of anybody on phone, email or chat to discuss this. Other providers promising better speeds.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a family member who is have a problem with their sky system and she has try contact. On different numbers but all she gets 3 ring then the line goes dead and she has the onscreen information. And the online chat can you get. Information. That can help herout

    @SkyHelpTeam Have problems with our broadband HD8 . It's not been working properly since your engineer decide you put the router in a room with 2 walls between our main tv . Not connecting at all today .

    @SkyHelpTeam one of your help categories other than COVID/key worker/vulnerable customers is being unable to access Sky services but there is no option for this on contact number IVR and online guides and tests can’t fix broadband fault also impacting TV viewing - help please

    @SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t need to consider leaving if you had any interest in trying to help. My internet constantly freezes or connection drops. Appreciate these times but only speaking to some professions isn’t good enough. What about all us others that rely on your services to work from home

    @SkyHelpTeam what are you expecting customers to do with issues. Won’t speak to me over the phone and the app says my internet is working fine.. when it clearly isn’t. Funny how there isn’t a clear option to cancel my subscription on the app either. I suggest you get in touch!

    @SkyHelpTeam Neither of them are useful for when I'm trying to workout why I can't get through to someone at Sky when a number is offered or when I'm going through the "debug" process and get told to try again later - simply a poor customer experience

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have done that & it still makes no sense how the prices have jumped from £23 to £35 & £22 to £30 🙃 I would call but I had to cancel broadband with you because the price increased with that too even though it states “free” on my statement. Is there any other way to cancel?
