@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the message Emma. I’m in contact with Sky, have swooped the TV and now have a wifi engineer booked. My issue though is that the software on glass is too bandwidth hungry and/or struggling in what I believe is a normal household in terms of # of devices.

@SkyHelpTeam I've had issue after issue with Sky glass. Usually such a good company with great products but this product is rubbish. I'm on my 2nd sky glass TV as had to send the first one back due to constant issues and it hasn't improved...I have the fastest sky broadband so it isn't that.

@SkyHelpTeam internet has gone off again, early afternoon again, basically a daily occurrence, though unsure if it happened yesterday as no-one was home. Apparently the app says there's a drop in speed today, it's not just slow, there is nothing!
