@SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

@SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

Putting WSL matches on @SkySports has had the opposite effect of making them "accessible". Sky sports is expensive. FA player commentary was terrible but at least it was free and I could watch the games!
