@SkyHelpTeam Hello , that’s the same link I’ve used before ! It tells you to call as it can’t be cancelled on the app ! I’ve used the messenger service - waited for over an hour for it to then say - an error has occurred ! My sky hasn’t worked for over a year - cancel it please!!

If the clubs want it to happen, then clubs will have to strip back & it will be essential staff only. The number of games to be played in the timescale is the least of the issues

@cazmaxwby Yeah ever since we’ve “upgraded” to the new broadband, even paying the £4 “boost” it’s been worse than the old one, awful service and product. It guaranteed WiFi in every room in the house & it just doesn’t. Will be ringing to complain when I can get through @skytv @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam pretty sure I’m not the first to ask this - what the deal with the fixed subtitles size/position on the Sky Q Netflix app? It’s literally over the top of the actors! No issue with Disney/Amazon apps, can change size, position and even the font!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Our internet wifi hasn’t been working in forever lan cable is alright but for wireless things like phones it’s terrible been like this forever and the team just tell us the same thing reset etc my 4G bill is through the roof because the wifi is 0
