  @SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt. When watching games on the red button it freezes every 20 seconds or so. Unwatchable I’m afraid. I resort to watching on my iPad. I didn’t have this issue with Sky Q. I have the fastest broadband speed available, with booster.

  @SkyHelpTeam I'm being chased by email by Oriel, a dept collection agency, for a Sky account I've never had. I've Live chatted with support a couple of times to rectify this, but I'm still being chased. I suspect the wrong email address was used by the account holder. Pls advise

  @SkyHelpTeam The Sky 'help' team previous replies to me are now unavailable. I guess it is too much trouble to ask a sky employee in a customer service role to telephone a colleague in another department to find out the answer. Absolutely appalingly customer service.
