@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, can someone please tell me why there is no internet again in the PE29 area? it says there’s no issue but weirdly enough, the lack of internet seems to be a big issue for many people 😩 all green lights butwhen you try and connect it says “unable to authenticate”

@SkyHelpTeam They said they couldn’t do anything about it and would close my complaint. Not good enough, I’m paying sky for a product that you can’t deliver. You should at least look into it with open reach as you have an agreement with them and compensate us for no broadband.

Just watched the Ukraine equaliser against France in the @SkySports app. The clip runs for 25 seconds but the advert for Dubai immediately before it that you have to watch to see the clip, runs for 30 seconds!!!!! WTF??
