@SkyHelpTeam Think you might want to admit to an issue at the moment. It's taking 3-4 minutes to load the hub page after the router spontaneously rebooted and came back up with a downstream about 10% what is normally is.. 6Mb down, 19up....

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, I've restarted the Sky box, no I haven't restarted the router because it always messes up my Sky Q set-up incl mini-boxes when I do, and as you can see from the screen shot above, my broadband connection is not a problem. I can watch Paramount+ fine on my phone

@SkyUK fourth day now with Fibre Optic Bradband not working. Problem in whole Neighbourhood. @WeAreOpenreach sends two engineers for two houses with same Problem. Testing unit placed my house, 30mins later collected it and walked out. Left with no update at all.
