wtf is with @SkyHelpTeam cant get on email, sky go or owt. I'm in hospital recovering from a transplant, bad enough that i had to pay £45 quid to access sky wifi being as i have TV, landline, broadband and 2 mobiles with em, let alone service not working. Virgin call when I'm out

I rang and asked if adding more mobile data was an option(as I’m with Sky Mobile too) and they said no, that I need to sit and wait it out.not happy.
