@SkyUK how comes someone who’s been with you 6 years is being told their package cost is now £101 when a new customer gets the exact same package for £60? Been told that’s the best offer for me £40 more a month.

@A01Mark @smalltrend @SkySports They could just stand there and not boo. They could jump up and down. They could put their hands on their hearts they could do some gesture which isn't abusive but no they choose to boo. They are booing people protesting. End of. Not acceptable.

In all fairness to those that have @SkyUK broadband. It is an awful service. We suffered nothing but outages so we changed to #virginmedia as soon as we could. Went from around 35Mb to 200Mb then upgraded to 350Mb before I went onto Gig1.

The new customer retention strategy @SkyHelpTeam is to switch off email communications and make customers wait 20 minutes in call centre queue. Won’t stop me, I’ll go old fashioned and put it in a letter as per contract terms. It’ll be sent registered post #dissatisfiedcustomer

Again @SkyHelpTeam customer services closed at 9pm. What a complete shambles to get help and in contact with anyone and just before 9 u cut people off and close all departments. Issue after issue and problem. Why not have a help team who deals with tech issues after 9PM!???

Absolutely awful support from @SkyHelpTeam - last Tuesday my mum and dad (80 and 77) main sky Q box failed. I'm on holiday but handling the calls to support team for them. Promised a replacement box (no engineers available) but internal "SSU" process is broken.

How can teams with no money coming in from gate receipts afford to pay £80 million for a player. Far too much money coming in from @SkySports and @btsport and of course state broadcaster @BBCSport Cancel subscription to all.

@SkyHelpTeam No, just constant freezing on our main Q box. £140pm for your TV subscription and I have to reset the box most days. Never had that issue with the older box. Have followed all your advice and still doing it. Annoying to say the least 🤬

@SkySports Wasn’t a good tackle. He dived in and went completely over the ball with his studs showing. The only reason it wasn’t given as a free kick is because Ruben Neves didn’t go down straight away, he delayed it which made it look like he was play acting.

@SkySports Pogba's challenge was a clear foul. Just yesterday xhaka got a straight red card for similar tackle. I think if Neves had fallen off straight away or didn't make an attempt to run it was going to be a foul. But all in all it's poor refereeing! Similar cases different decisions!

@StephenConlon7 @SkySports @paulpogba Personally I think Souness has an issue with Pogba, maybe it's a culture clash, maybe Souness started out disliking the modern day player style Pogba has, 'Insta stories, the hair colours' etc, which has just grown & grown over time. Either way, Souness just doesn't like him.
