@SkySports really need to sort there shit out because I was wanting to watch the @NewYorkRedBulls v @LAGalaxy game but changed the time because of the EFL match I have now missed the game because of this shit I am absolutely disgusted with @SkySports as I am a big @LAGalaxy fan

@SkyHelpTeam is there not a 24 hours number to contact as none of my services are working at all. Contacting the service provider is impossible to fix all 3 services which I pay monthly for 80mbps and hardly get 50mbps. Clearly an issue any solutions since can’t contact via phone

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

Could really do with someone at @skysports sorting out the volume levels on Main Event. Getting pretty annoying having to turn down the ridiculously loud adverts then turn it up when the super quiet show comes back on.
