@SkyUK Nothing annoys me more than new customers getting better deal than existing customers. This results in phonecalls &time spent. I refused 2pay more than a new customer & got it resolved but if I hadn’t called, Sky would have been happy to take my money. VIP won’t cost Sky a penny!

@SkyHelpTeam The previous box had a far superior range. The newer box struggles to reach the whole house even though the devices show a strong signal. The connection just isn't very good. And yes I have tried different channels.
