@A01Mark @smalltrend @SkySports They could just stand there and not boo. They could jump up and down. They could put their hands on their hearts they could do some gesture which isn't abusive but no they choose to boo. They are booing people protesting. End of. Not acceptable.

  • jim_nlrsc
Jim W (@jim_nlrsc) reported from Mid Calder, Scotland

@SkySports WHY do we have to continue listening to Andy Walker on Rangers games. He has ONE agenda - and has had one since day 1 - to get Morelos into bother. No doubt we will get umpteen replays of the incident - strangely, we don’t get same when it’s the other way round.

  • ClaireCashBack
Claire Pentland (@ClaireCashBack) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam Help Sky! Is there issues in EH11. WIF is down.

  • HeavensAbove7
нєανєηѕ αвσνє (@HeavensAbove7) reported from Dunfermline, Scotland

.@SkyHelpTeam is there a wider problem with Sky broadband (fttc) in the Dunfermline area. Our broadband has been down for 15 minutes, restarted router/checked cables etc. My partner is WFH (for Sky ironically) and can't do her job.

  • jcombe2
joyce combe 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@jcombe2) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband is down. I can't do without it for a week or so as I can't watch TV or listen to music without broadband. Hope I get a discount 4r loss of service today. What's the point of me going on annual leave and I can't watch TV etc.

  • JusteneEwing
Justene Ewing (@JusteneEwing) reported from Mid Calder, Scotland

The new customer retention strategy @SkyHelpTeam is to switch off email communications and make customers wait 20 minutes in call centre queue. Won’t stop me, I’ll go old fashioned and put it in a letter as per contract terms. It’ll be sent registered post #dissatisfiedcustomer

  • gordon_burrows
Gordon Burrows (@gordon_burrows) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam I’m working from home but have intermittent broadband. I’ve tried everything online but it is not working. I’m not able to get through to your call centre. Is there anything which can be done to escalate this?

  • JamieDoc12
Jamie Docherty (@JamieDoc12) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@SkySports If families living through this have spare cash.. I imagine it won’t be spent on more “Add-Ons” to their already ridiculous ****** Sky bill.. the cheek of this is madness at a time when most people are struggling.. **** Off

  • PointlessSword
PointlessSword (@PointlessSword) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@christiano0907 @Lperks1 @SkySports Didn't say anything about what klopp said to ref that's not the point. The fact he was talking to ref AT ALL is the issue. Your missing the point entirely which isn't a surprise. He shouldn't be on the pitch it's against the rules. Refs welfare lmao. You are reaching for anything

  • PointlessSword
PointlessSword (@PointlessSword) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@AndyHoughton_82 @SkySports Spot on. It sets a dangerous prescient now. Anytime a player goes down injured managers can run on and confront the ref. They shouldn't be in field of play. So ridiculously wrong.

  • aberquine
Laura (@aberquine) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam I now have a message to call Sky to ‘get my broadband order back on track’, unfortunately the number given is automated and doesn’t have an option to speak to a human! Please help.

  • GilliesLorraine
lorraine gillies FRSA she/her (@GilliesLorraine) reported from Livingston, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam sky glass just arrived. *installers have left. Just switch it on they said. Now I'm not stupid but I can't for the life of me get it on. Advice?

  • Noosh1977
Anouska Curzon (@Noosh1977) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam We know there is an issue with connection to our property. The OpenReach engineer identified a fault 4m from our house, exactly where @CityFibre were digging.

  • xStormxBringeRx
ian (@xStormxBringeRx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

In all fairness to those that have @SkyUK broadband. It is an awful service. We suffered nothing but outages so we changed to #virginmedia as soon as we could. Went from around 35Mb to 200Mb then upgraded to 350Mb before I went onto Gig1.

  • duklaprm
paul macready (@duklaprm) reported from Broxburn, Scotland

@SkyUK would love skyglass right now. Will u pay my early exit contract fees from @virginmedia so I can end this hellish service before christmas. Thanks.

  • xStormxBringeRx
ian (@xStormxBringeRx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam No, just constant freezing on our main Q box. £140pm for your TV subscription and I have to reset the box most days. Never had that issue with the older box. Have followed all your advice and still doing it. Annoying to say the least 🤬

  • EricBow80016451
Eric Bowman (@EricBow80016451) reported from Livingston, Scotland

@Kieran_Eire @SkySports Agree wholeheartedly social media turning into an unsolicited censoring forum. I challenge any perpetrators calling for this to deny never having made a derogatory comment at some point directly or indirectly.

@jammierooroo @SkyUK ****** are they still doing that? I helped an elderly lady over 15yrs ago fight against Sky for the same reason! I've personally never had and never will have a Sky subscription, they're rip off merchants in my eyes. Heck I don't even watch TV any more, don't have one.

  • d_lo101
    Loweski #⃣1⃣0⃣1⃣ (@d_lo101) reported

Hey @SkyUK why is my sky q box showing a tv show on my “continue watching” when I have NEVER watched it nor do I ever intend to. Please allow the ability to remove shows from this list!!

  • coll1986
    colleen paddystinian 🇮🇪✊🇵🇸 (@coll1986) reported

@jammierooroo @SkyUK She should have her 14 day cooling off period, get validated to speak on the account and say you want to make a complaint and escalate it.

  • h_chris59114

  • daventrian
    Bry (@daventrian) reported

@SkyHelpTeam 27 years a customer for the vast majority paying a full subscription of movies &sports and now with ill health & falling into debt & when I really need help they won’t let me relinquish 9 months left on my contract. I was going to take a break, I’ll never be back.

  • Fr12ee44Spewxh
    Sallie (@Fr12ee44Spewxh) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Typical of @SkyUK poor customer service.

  • timcaulfield
    Tim Caulfield (@timcaulfield) reported

@jammierooroo @SkyUK Stay calm (I get the irritation) and explain the vulnerable situation and point out there is a cooling off period so they need to make it where you want the package and will deal. Sky always have a "deal" cos they know losing a customer is often a permanently closed door
