@SkyHelpTeam That’s almost £72 versus buying it direct from Disney for £49.99. I asked if I could buy direct and still sign in like Netflix or Spotify and watch it on my A boxes but that’s not been answered in your reply.

@virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, as I said, earlier episodes were fine, ie with subtitles. Last couple of episodes, no subtitles. I watch Alibi via Sky, assumed it was a problem with Alibi, is it something to do with Sky box? I haven't changed any settings

@MillieWiller @DerekWeston16 @SkyUK Beats any of the old crap. Have to put up with old BT cabling to exchange. Then contention ratios etc. Some providers only providing fiber to part way then old cable to house. City fiber / vodaphone is right into premises.
