    .@SkyHelpTeam is there a wider problem with Sky broadband (fttc) in the Dunfermline area. Our broadband has been down for 15 minutes, restarted router/checked cables etc. My partner is WFH (for Sky ironically) and can't do her job.

    The new customer retention strategy @SkyHelpTeam is to switch off email communications and make customers wait 20 minutes in call centre queue. Won’t stop me, I’ll go old fashioned and put it in a letter as per contract terms. It’ll be sent registered post #dissatisfiedcustomer

    @SkyUK how comes someone who’s been with you 6 years is being told their package cost is now £101 when a new customer gets the exact same package for £60? Been told that’s the best offer for me £40 more a month.

    @SkySports WHY do we have to continue listening to Andy Walker on Rangers games. He has ONE agenda - and has had one since day 1 - to get Morelos into bother. No doubt we will get umpteen replays of the incident - strangely, we don’t get same when it’s the other way round.

    @SkyHelpTeam realy disappointed with sky, I cancelled my multi room then one week later had it put back on, they have changed my subscription and taken away HDR if I want it I now I have to pay even more, I didn’t ask for@them to remove it #gutted Over 20yrs of customer
