@ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

.@SkyHelpTeam is there a wider problem with Sky broadband (fttc) in the Dunfermline area. Our broadband has been down for 15 minutes, restarted router/checked cables etc. My partner is WFH (for Sky ironically) and can't do her job.

@SkyHelpTeam Does it not tell you in tweet !!!!! You team seem to think that someone else reading my emails is not a data protection leak while I can't sign in to read them as my account has been merged with another account.....3 hours wasted today add that to 2 other days

The new customer retention strategy @SkyHelpTeam is to switch off email communications and make customers wait 20 minutes in call centre queue. Won’t stop me, I’ll go old fashioned and put it in a letter as per contract terms. It’ll be sent registered post #dissatisfiedcustomer

@SkyUK how comes someone who’s been with you 6 years is being told their package cost is now £101 when a new customer gets the exact same package for £60? Been told that’s the best offer for me £40 more a month.

Hey @SkyHelpTeam over 3 hours on phone to 3 different people ...2 cut me off deliberately...Great customer service...problem still not sorted.....would you like your emails being displayed on someone else's account and not being able to sign in to your email account

@SkySports WHY do we have to continue listening to Andy Walker on Rangers games. He has ONE agenda - and has had one since day 1 - to get Morelos into bother. No doubt we will get umpteen replays of the incident - strangely, we don’t get same when it’s the other way round.

@SkyHelpTeam Total Loss of Service - Your service stops working completely and isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first tell us of the fault, this is payable at a rate of £8.40 per day until the fault is fixed. That's £134.60 please!

@JustDiveIn @SkyHelpTeam Thats paid by Openreach and isn’t payable until around 30-60 days after the issue is resolved so if you are due anything it’ll be paid February/March next year

@SkyUK Sky are literally the worse company to go with, my old contract was never the same every month tried to charge me hundreds of pounds for phone calls I’d apparently made from a landline eventhough we don’t even have a home phone plugged in

@SkyHelpTeam Hey my SkyTV screen looks exactly the same and it’s YOUR fault @SkyTV My SkyQ box defaults to channel 803 and I have no signal. 2nd box fitted last week and still the same problem AND ALL YOU CAN DO IS SAY YOU REALLY UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM.
