Thanks @SkySports, of course I don't want to watch @PFT_Live. Replays of the 2004 and 2005 darts world championships and the 1996 Australian Grand Prix are far more important to me. Now please excuse me, I've got to go and cancel some things.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve had trouble with sky in the last month. £52 a month not to be able to use the full service

@Brown_Clare1995 @SkyHelpTeam I have shared our password with both neighbours as they are completely stuck, no phone signal, no internet, no tv. You appreciate failures happen but it’s easier if you are informed. If there had been a generic tweet I could have told them why.

@SkyHelpTeam what the hell is going on. My bill is going up 36%. £50 to £68. When i’ve gone to cancel, the advisor is saying best he can do is £80 a 60% increase.

@SkyUK the #skyglass is one if the worst things I've bought, nearly everyday I have issues with it not working, but this morning it's having a complete meltdown!! Wish I'd never got it now, so temperamental and to get through to anyone in tech support is a nightmare!
