I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

I don’t need your service now thanks I’ve fixed it myself as your technician didn’t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Marc Watts (@MarcWatts80) reported@SkyUK can you help with a show (The Rookie S8:E7) that “bombs out” at almost 18 mins in??? Same thing happened a few weeks back with FBI. The ads kick in, regardless whether you skip them or not, the show comes back on. There’s sound but a completely black screen…
