@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve had trouble with sky in the last month. £52 a month not to be able to use the full service

@SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I don’t need your service now thanks I’ve fixed it myself as your technician didn’t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

Thanks @SkySports, of course I don't want to watch @PFT_Live. Replays of the 2004 and 2005 darts world championships and the 1996 Australian Grand Prix are far more important to me. Now please excuse me, I've got to go and cancel some things.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam - my broadband has been running really slow for a couple of weeks, both on a wired connection and on wi-fi, making it very hard to work from home. Can you look into this please? Wish you hadn't shut down all online contact methods, not convenient to have to phone!
