    @Brown_Clare1995 @SkyHelpTeam I have shared our password with both neighbours as they are completely stuck, no phone signal, no internet, no tv. You appreciate failures happen but it’s easier if you are informed. If there had been a generic tweet I could have told them why.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve had trouble with sky in the last month. £52 a month not to be able to use the full service

    @SkyHelpTeam what the hell is going on. My bill is going up 36%. £50 to £68. When i’ve gone to cancel, the advisor is saying best he can do is £80 a 60% increase.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

    @SkyHelpTeam I think I need a Wi-fi range booster as the signal is not getting to all areas of the house. I thought this is what the boost guarantees. My property is 3 story townhouse.

    Thanks @SkySports, of course I don't want to watch @PFT_Live. Replays of the 2004 and 2005 darts world championships and the 1996 Australian Grand Prix are far more important to me. Now please excuse me, I've got to go and cancel some things.

    @SkyHelpTeam We've had two engineers run tests and said it's awfully slow but no conclusive answer or diagnosis. It's always been at least 40mb below what is paid for but now its disconnection after disconnection

    @VanessaStAlbans My Mum had this problem on the land line and some did get her to sign up for unnecessary direct debits. Since signing up for @SkyUK shield where every caller has to announce unless on a whitelist - the problem has reduce massively.
