You appreciate failures happen but it’s easier if you are informed. If there had been a generic tweet I could have told them why.

I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

No matter how I reset it, planner rebuild, hard reset, replace software, reset router, in a couple of days it won’t start properly, planner won’t open etc. Want a replacement.

Had similar issue with sky 1 for sunday but this has since rectified and tv guide has appeared. Platform is sky q.
