@SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Why do I keep getting “failed, remote network problem” when trying to download Dexter. It lets me download anything else but not that. Internet connection is good.
