@Brown_Clare1995 @SkyHelpTeam I have shared our password with both neighbours as they are completely stuck, no phone signal, no internet, no tv. You appreciate failures happen but it’s easier if you are informed. If there had been a generic tweet I could have told them why.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve had trouble with sky in the last month. £52 a month not to be able to use the full service

@SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had issues with my second box and wifi booster ever since we’ve received it, it’s very rare we can even watch anything on the tv as it cuts out but when we do the broad road check it says nothings wrong with it. We’re paying for a service that doesn’t work!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK really disappointed with the service today - new box meant to be installed, no contact to check it’s possible due to lockdown restrictions. Still paying a ridiculous amounts of money per month to only be able to watch about 10 channels!
