    @SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I don’t need your service now thanks I’ve fixed it myself as your technician didn’t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I think I need a Wi-fi range booster as the signal is not getting to all areas of the house. I thought this is what the boost guarantees. My property is 3 story townhouse.

    @Brown_Clare1995 @SkyHelpTeam I have shared our password with both neighbours as they are completely stuck, no phone signal, no internet, no tv. You appreciate failures happen but it’s easier if you are informed. If there had been a generic tweet I could have told them why.

    Hey @SkySports I was happy to have my payments stopped because of no sport. I am now being ripped off. More money being taken out of my account than before Lockdown. Speak to me or anyone else having this same problem

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve had trouble with sky in the last month. £52 a month not to be able to use the full service

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

    @BIGT0806 @SkyUK @BT Check your paperwork. Did you get a letter off them saying it was going up? Does it give you a right to cancel FoC? If it does, then use it if you want/need to. I had a letter from Virgin saying my £80 package was going up £21 a month, so I binned them off. I've got.........

    @SkyUK Why is it so hard to get through to customer support to discuss an issue. Number doesn't connect, whatsapp/text doesn't connect. I need this issue resolved it's ridiculous!
