    @SkyHelpTeam Becca: @leahysarah n I *have* called & spoken to numerous employees of @SkyUK. Lots. We have called and called. There's been no resolution. The issue isn't 1 we created. Who am I calling? Can you have someone who is actually helpful and capable call us? ("customer service")

    @billyhammer4eva @tommyha11_ @SkySports It’s a pile of **** to watch now. Used to love a Saturday listening to the build up and all the old crew. Can’t stand that Sue Smith she make my **** itch, and the rest of the panel are so boring it’s unwatchable

    @SkyHelpTeam why is the SkyGo app not working? Followed all advise, uninstalling, deleting on roaming folders and recycling bin but just says code PFE 4002? Help! 🙏🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyHelpTeam But nothing said when, what time, what day 2nd day without internet and no contact whatsoever from Sky or the engineer to tell us when we can expect them We also need to go out so we don’t even know if we are going to be in when your engineer calls This is disgraceful service

    @SkyUK @skytv Hi, I seem to be having a problem with my SKYQ remote control, the volume/ mute and record button has stopped working? I’ve changed the batteries and restarted the SKYQ box but no luck? Will I need to replace the remote?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi is sky internet down in M28 3 area? Please don’t ask me to check with the service help test stuff as it’s not working because my internet seems down, 0.34mbps download & 20.4mbps upload!

    @virginmedia I have been a customer for over 20 years (ntl bfore), I have had one replacement TV remote in that time, my current remote has now broken and you want to charge me £10 for a replacement. its your equipment that's broken. I fill ripped of, time for @SkyUK I think

    @SkyHelpTeam The Sky broadband and phone isn’t working in W11. Checked connection online and it keeps sending me round in circles to do the same tests. My neighbours is down too.
