@SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

Sky Go really is the worst video streaming app available. I’m watching Wales on Amazon Prime Video next to Man Utd on Sky Go. Prime is sparkling HD, clarity and buffer-less. Sky Go is <SD, buffering every 60s on a 300MB/s connection and also impossible to cast. Poor. @SkyUK
