Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

@SkyHelpTeam Website states there is large outage on broadband and phone lines in Dudley area (your ref INC1513015) at 9pm 12/3/21. It states you will update soon on progress it nearly 12 hours later still no update! I can accept thinks like cables go faulty or get damaged 1/2
