    @SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

    @SkyUK need to speak to Sky - engineer booked but not soon enough. Service isn’t good enough for what I pay for. Need to get better service or cancel. Beggars belief that a whole village has lost internet yet no provider can suss this out and get the simple issue fixed
