@SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

@SkyHelpTeam The router is working fine when using my second WAN line (Cellular) but when I switch it to the Sky connection, it works, then drops, then works etc. Very intermittent and been like it all day. Im a network engineer, so i know 100% it's not my network.

@SkyHelpTeam ok so I pay you £120 a month and have done for about 17 years. Each year you put my price up. My area experiences some rain, not much, but some. And guess what? My sky goes down. What are you doing with all this money you get off me?
