@SkyHelpTeam no I can't set up the SKYQ APPLE APP!! I CANT LOG IT THO THAT, The apple login does work cos I'm using Android! and the link it gives to work around that.... doesn't work. Super frustrating please help

@SkyHelpTeam Becca: @leahysarah n I *have* called & spoken to numerous employees of @SkyUK. Lots. We have called and called. There's been no resolution. The issue isn't 1 we created. Who am I calling? Can you have someone who is actually helpful and capable call us? ("customer service")

@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

@SkyHelpTeam Phoned 5 times and every time says you are unable to help currently. Not had internet for 4 days. Just want to speak to someone. Your customer service gets worse as does your product. I suggest you sort this quickly #sky

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help

@SkyUK so after complaining yesterday about my Sky package and super fast broadband not working. Not only was I assured by your team that it won’t happen again. Guess what it’s happened again but I still have to pay for it. Even tho it’s not working. #£85 per month takes the piss

@Howardmicks @SkyUK Yes. Thanks. Didn’t think I’d get an answer on that one. Yes, cost saving exercise in long run. When satellite coverage gone will just use Amazon Fire dongle. Find sky expensive compared to other providers. Signal not great in our area but will look into alternatives when happens
