    @SkyHelpTeam so not only am I having WiFi issues, which your call centre staff are not listening to me but I had an ongoing complaint that has not been resolved and have been overcharged since getting the bundle, which your staff caused issue with in the first place.

    Absolutely shocking Customer Service from @SkyUK had broadband issues for two months. Easier for their customer service chap to blame my house. Either bandwidth absorbed by one device or bad signal. What garbage!! This was also the most senior customer person, his opinion. Lies
