    Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

    @SkyHelpTeam I recently tried to cancel my sky package but was offered a good deal to keep it going. Shortly after everything was confirmed I received a letter warning of an Early Termination charge, this was odd as there was no break in contract. At the time I spoke to C service who said..

    @SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

    @SkyHelpTeam You need to check a bit further then because their is a very obvious issue as there’s plenty of homes around here that don’t have connection.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have complained, however please confirm why Sky are absolutely and unashamedly reducing credit for returned phones by £97 for a £5.99 issue (this was confirmed by Sky Advisor as the issue!)

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Are there any known issues in M28 area please? Internet has been hit and miss since Tuesday evening, but is running really slow or not at all now. Yet all lights are on on modem and connection test online shows no problems.

    @SkyHelpTeam I completely understand your sky mobile department making sales calls to customers but I do not appreciate the forceful sales rep who called me on Monday and continued to try to push when I’ve said I don’t want an upgrade. Not a way to treat customers!!
