Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

@SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

@SkyHelpTeam Over the course of 6 years i have paid in excess of £8000 in subscription services, i try to cancel someof my package 2 months early and you want to charge me £2 less than the 2 months costs anyways? Absolute rip off. So much for being a gold customer
