@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@llantwitad @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely agree, it's the lack of understanding some people have towards getting things fixed...the impatience really. I've personally not had any persistent problems with Sky and anything has been sorted in a reasonable time. Employers would be understanding I'm sure too.

@SkyUK So, i agree to cone to sky mobile. Purchase 2 sims which you send me in the post but fail to tell me which is for which contract so how am i meant to activate them!! Tried calling....1 hour wait time...is there any point moving to you if thats what the service is like!!

@SkyHelpTeam @EllieMixerMay No broadband connection for me in Stoke-on-Trent - seen comments from other people in Staffordshire too (no broadband). Have to say I am getting more connection problems and drop-outs that people in my area with other providers.

@SkyHelpTeam @toji97803758 Here is an update. Wait 45 minuets on the phone, call center helper cannot run tests. Told unable to do tests and sort out due to too many people calling about outages. Try agin in a few hours. Not the best customer service.

@LarryBundyJr @SkyUK Sky is overpriced garbage nowadays anyway. Trust me I know. I used to work for them. Much more financially viable to subscribe to one or two streaming services and not have to deal with adverts for 15 minutes of every hour of viewing.
