You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. They gave me a price for all services to recontract. We agreed I’d go and think about it. When I called back hours later they refused the offer! Disgusting.
