  @Skottalot @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to customer service manager with some suggestions. He was very very helpful. Non tech is all sorted. Tech side we are trying different things+I'm hoping it will be resolved shortly. Will advise if we get stuck. Thanks.👍

  @SkyHelpTeam So basically nothing extra for the 6% increase and by using a comparison site I’m being quoted from as little as £22.50p/m. What is my incentive to remain a loyal Sky customer?
