@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

@SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

@SkyHelpTeam waiting on an order and I’ve heard no more about it. Supposedly if an order is made before 3pm on Sunday I can expect to receive it next day but I’ve never received any contact off of the courier
