    @SkyHelpTeam Hi - I am just want to look at cancelling as much of your services as possible. I realise as a loyal customer I am at the bottom of priorities, but a 70% increase in price is not viable.

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @SkyHelpTeam And they wanted an additional one off charge for continuing a service I already had. You really make it easy for one to go open armed to any of your competitors

    @SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

    @SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer ยฃ76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - ยฃ103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!
