    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @SkyUK Hi Nicky, I may not have been clear. The person whose account this must be is using my email address, probably accidentally. I need Sky to contact them as the person I spoke to couldn’t help. I don’t have a Sky account. How do I raise a complaint please Or should I go to Ofcom?

    @SkyHelpTeam Phoned 5 times and every time says you are unable to help currently. Not had internet for 4 days. Just want to speak to someone. Your customer service gets worse as does your product. I suggest you sort this quickly #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Becca: @leahysarah n I *have* called & spoken to numerous employees of @SkyUK. Lots. We have called and called. There's been no resolution. The issue isn't 1 we created. Who am I calling? Can you have someone who is actually helpful and capable call us? ("customer service")

    @tridentvfxx @SkyUK @LightningFibre Yeah they want me to pay the early exit fees however they can’t as they never reached the minimum speeds for their contracts on 10+ different occasions

    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi - I am just want to look at cancelling as much of your services as possible. I realise as a loyal customer I am at the bottom of priorities, but a 70% increase in price is not viable.

    @SkyHelpTeam Switching to Virgin soon as we cancel sky on the phone they offered a better offer like you could of gave us that before you destroyed our internet and made us pay 50£ a month for 15% of Fibre the speed is ridiculous **Powerful for gaming** it isnt. Everyone its just a waste

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK no bloody Internet AGAIN!!!! I never get any refunds as I'm told there's no issue but looking at Twitter so many peoples Internet goes off 12 midnight onwards that there has to be a fault!!! We should be getting refunds

    @TeleFootball @JBurtTelegraph Miscommunication? Why was it leaked two weeks before that Kane may not show up for training and why were SkySports cameras camped outside that Monday morning? It was nothing to do with Charlie tipping them off, obviously. The guy thinks people are stupid, such a lack of respect.
