@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam no I can't set up the SKYQ APPLE APP!! I CANT LOG IT THO THAT, The apple login does work cos I'm using Android! and the link it gives to work around that.... doesn't work. Super frustrating please help

@SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

@androofrench @EFL @SkySports Burnley I think- but the Oxford Cup game was the worst. Referee held 2 inspections. Paddy F told him if he gave authority for the gates to be open the game would start-ie a perfect way out. He said Go Ahead and then called it off. This is as bad as that

Those on both channnels start getting viewers turning off because they can’t be bothered to listen to the rubbish, they’ll be off air. So thy have to say what’s going to get them watched. Do you really think Neville and Keane are really like that in real life? And Micah Richard’s with that stupid laugh. Not a chance.

@SkyUK I have been with Sky TV for about 30 years. Also have Sky mobiles and internet. They want to increase my phone sims cost by 40% and yet new customers get it 40% cheaper and lots more data. Time to cancel everything. Customer service is useless.
