    @SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

    @SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi @skyhelpteam A generic reply about broadband doesn't work when my complaint was about constant poor 4G in my area (I have a Sky phone) during a big Sky internet outage (and I have Sky wifi).

    @SkyHelpTeam it is now week 6 without being able to download on catch up, demand or sky cinema I have contacted you a number of times you keep sending signals to my sky box and keep saying the team in the back is working on this issue. This situation is not acceptable..
