@SkyHelpTeam I spoke to one of your broadband agents today and as I have an old router, I was told it would cost me an extra £5/month if I wanted the newer one!!! I've been with Sky for 26 years and a Diamond VIP customer but still have to pay for a new router! Ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah we regularly watch Netflix, Disney Plus and things like BBC iPlayer/ITVX with no issues at all. This has been happening with amazon prime since before Christmas
