It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

Have to say that in response to call centre messages re Covid I’ve tried to use the My Sky app and website and both very poor on this issue. No option for live chat with advisers either?

Absolutely shambolic service. Glad I cut my internet bill by £10 a month with @litfibre. Far superior service. My internet is 8x faster.
