@BigJohnnyArcher Agree John but what about the sound drop outs, the constant disconnection of the mini boxes and the constant Wi-fi dips of the new v3 HDR box? @skytv @SkyHelpTeam are ignoring a 143 page thread of these problems. Q keeps getting these awards but the new box is broken

@BigJohnnyArcher @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Their, sorry. The frustration made me type too fast.... I’ve had four engineers since September and a fifth one book for next week. Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and it’s WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....

@SkyHelpTeam There is no fault other than Sky not going into bat for its customers. The fault on my phone line was repaired yesterday which allegedly increased my speed… Complete bullshit The engineer told me that there is no reason why we cannot be connected to the fibre network. Sort it
