@SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Matt, it took an hour on the call but finally we have an engineer coming to fix it. Bit weird that the operator couldn't give me a reference number for the call though. Let's hope the engineer can fix this so we don't have to find a different provider.

@SkyHelpTeam still hasnt fixed the issue on skyq where you fast forward over adverts on a recording, and the status bar doesnt auto hide. You have to do the back button thing to make it disappear.

@Chels_HQ @SkySports If we pay his deferred wages we are so stupid. Barcelona is the club that has to play those deferred wages to De Jong not Chelsea. The amount of money that Chelsea has to pay if they want the player is the value 80 or 85 what ever but no wages. We can't do those stupid things.
