@LucyriPhd @SkyUK It dies often go down at this time of night. But would be nice if there was warning. Oddly, the box is marked as if everything is ok. Normally it's a yellow light.

@SkyHelpTeam On the night it wasn’t working. The website kept saying there was a problem. I tried everything, rebooted, reset, unplugged and replugged cables. Didn’t work. Works now but goes down for at least an hour a night and when I work nights from home for an IT company, it’s not great.

@SkyHelpTeam The problem was solved by the engineering visit. The issue is 1) bandwidth below contract min > month and getting the contracted refund is problematic, 2) I want to understand how you can contract to a minimum bandwidth when you have no control over the service Openreach deliver
