@SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

@DRealist009 @SkySports I bookmarked 8 tweets guaranteeing they'd drop loads of points in October. Only 1 of them was still there by November. Maybe they'll drop "massive" points in December, but that wouldn't be a guarantee. Even a broken clock is right on rare occasion.
