@SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

@SkyHelpTeam Can I get a more detailed answer than that? When I checked online initially it said ‘good service’ when searched further, it says ‘there’s an outage at your area’. Is it possible to verify what’s happening & get a time estimate for resolution?
