@LucyriPhd @SkyUK It dies often go down at this time of night. But would be nice if there was warning. Oddly, the box is marked as if everything is ok. Normally it's a yellow light.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam @skytv what happens when none of your channels are available to view. When I reset the box countless times, unplug and plug in cables and still none of your channels work.. but you still charge me for this service?

@SkyUK Just had a nasty surprise. My package is jumping up from £21 to £31 next month with no letter to advise this and for no extras and still on sky+ box. Why the hike?? Been with you for 19 years and never has such a large rise in price
