    @u405mw2 Yes they tried to swing the blame onto me too! We knew it wasnโ€™t โ€˜usโ€™ as the phone was perfectly ok. After it happened 3 times we knew it was @SkyUK pulling a fast one so switched to another provider. No โ€˜wiring problemsโ€™ and super fast broadband now ๐Ÿ‘

    Can you help @SkyHelpTeam - weeks of broadband below guaranteed & usable speed - engineer visits says line fine but disconnects phone line - 2 days later engineer reactivates phone - rebate not on bill - no answer after 15 min on phone tonight - no email contact option

    @SkyUK I was told you were looking into the issues reflected in my sky app and that they would be sorted soon! Unfortunately, these issues have not been rectified, my future bills are wrong and my app still says my account is pending cancellation despite agreeing a new term...??

    @BigJohnnyArcher @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Their, sorry. The frustration made me type too fast.... Iโ€™ve had four engineers since September and a fifth one book for next week. Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and itโ€™s WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....

    @BigJohnnyArcher Agree John but what about the sound drop outs, the constant disconnection of the mini boxes and the constant Wi-fi dips of the new v3 HDR box? @skytv @SkyHelpTeam are ignoring a 143 page thread of these problems. Q keeps getting these awards but the new box is broken

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I used the Lifeledger website to do this and it was so simple to do. I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia were horrible to us. My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They kept asking to speak to her and got angry when she couldn't remember her password. Utter scum.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Hope you dont have mobile with them- when my late husband died we tried to cancel hus mobile account and get back the ยฃ50 credit i had put on account so he could ring people from hospice - they insisted on talking to account holder even after we sent screem shot death certificate
