    @SkyUK I was told you were looking into the issues reflected in my sky app and that they would be sorted soon! Unfortunately, these issues have not been rectified, my future bills are wrong and my app still says my account is pending cancellation despite agreeing a new term...??

    @LucyriPhd @SkyUK It dies often go down at this time of night. But would be nice if there was warning. Oddly, the box is marked as if everything is ok. Normally it's a yellow light.

    @BigJohnnyArcher @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Their, sorry. The frustration made me type too fast.... I’ve had four engineers since September and a fifth one book for next week. Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and it’s WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....

    @BigJohnnyArcher Agree John but what about the sound drop outs, the constant disconnection of the mini boxes and the constant Wi-fi dips of the new v3 HDR box? @skytv @SkyHelpTeam are ignoring a 143 page thread of these problems. Q keeps getting these awards but the new box is broken

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

    @tunch1978 @SkySports Because if they say the test was taken August/September then surely by now it’s out of his system. I don’t know the ins and outs but if both have said they want the fight to go ahead? Just a shame it’s come down to this. If he’s deliberately taken a banned substance then ban him.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I have just been called twice by this number +44 800 479 0758. Once on landline and then on my mobile. The woman knew my name and that I was the Sky account holder but then hung up as the line was bad. Is this Sky or a scam caller?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt this link just gives me errors when I try to use it. I’ve checked the connection earlier today and it’s not saying there’s issues in the area. I’ve filled in a form to be contacted by an engineer but heard nothing.

    @TalkingWolves @SkySports So the rumours of dressing room unrest were true. Even Coady said on leaving things weren't good. The only sad thing is why didn't Jeff act immediately & sack Bruno earlier rather than waiting 8 games & now look where we are. Bruno was a terrible appointment from the off.
