    @BigJohnnyArcher Agree John but what about the sound drop outs, the constant disconnection of the mini boxes and the constant Wi-fi dips of the new v3 HDR box? @skytv @SkyHelpTeam are ignoring a 143 page thread of these problems. Q keeps getting these awards but the new box is broken

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues in the NR1 area? Our broadband is out and diagnostics have said it is outside our house. Engineer booked but no indication on your website of any problems.

    @SkyHelpTeam can you tell me where I make official complaint. Had acall from a reps telling me if I took SS F1 my price would go down. Said didnโ€™t want as would never watch, again told my price would go down. Price went down if you donโ€™t count extra I am paying for the channel
