After it happened 3 times we knew it was @SkyUK pulling a fast one so switched to another provider. No โwiring problemsโ and super fast broadband now ๐

Iโve had four engineers since September and a fifth one book for next week. Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and itโs WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....

Q keeps getting these awards but the new box is broken

I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.

My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They kept asking to speak to her and got angry when she couldn't remember her password. Utter scum.
