    @SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

    @SkyHelpTeam Might be just us but you're Sky Q boxes are terrible. Had one a few years and just kept freezing so you sent me one out after a engineer come to visit. That just turned itself off and didn't come on for hours at a time so another engineer came out.......

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s the point. The cancellation team manager was the one who refused to talk to me. The customer service guy I was talking to was even texting her back and forth. But she refused to speak with me. Leanne Mallin is her name. I’ve raised an official complaint.
