@SkyHelpTeam Hi LS, it was the tickets for May - they wouldn't allow me to use them online because of errors, so Vue told me to email them, but they ignored the email & now they say they have expired so they won't help. They only expired because they didn't work online, then Vue didn't help.

@SkyHelpTeam As mentioned, they only expired because they didn't work on the website. Then Vue told me to email them (before they expired) & now neither they, nor Sky, seem to be able to help. Even though they were informed prior to them expiring.

I’ve just discovered that @SkyHelpTeam conducted a hard credit check on me in December for a product I never had. This constitutes a breach of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), as it involved processing my personal data without a lawful basis or my explicit consent. Now, as I attempt to close my accounts via their website, I’m met with repeated errors that prevent me from doing so. It feels as though I'm being deliberately obstructed from leaving, which is both frustrating and unacceptable. I am minded to pause the direct debit to facilitate a resolution!!
