    @SkyHelpTeam went to renew our sky package and they quote us £99 for new package deal bye bye sky il cancel our sky package and go somewhere else and maybe try @virginmedia #ripoff

    @SkyHelpTeam You don't offer any picture quality help for low bit rates. Nothing on that link will make your company increase bitrates, yet your company will quite gladly increase prices each and every year. Comcast have a reputation for awful quality in the USA and it's creeping in here too

    @SkyHelpTeam That's no help whatsoever. Give me a contact email address. The help section just takes me back to the same page, whatever I select as the fault. Contact tab does the same!

    @SkyHelpTeam ‘Still having issues’ !!!!!! Phone call incoming tomorrow the service is not fit for purpose unless sky or bt get to bottom of issue which is outside of / not on our property given all other tests, visits and complaints.

    Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

    @atpoetry @SkyHelpTeam Oh dear! I also found when we got through eventually one person told us one thing and somebody else another! Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

    @GeorgieD333 @SkyUK as I understand it they pay in advance for x number of games a season. They then choose which ones they show. They have used nearly all their allotment of games already hence just the 3 this weekend. Its bad planning though, and a side effect of big 6 love

    you know this website is filled with plastics who never saw a prem game before 2010 when all the foreign united fans on here put their top prem midfielders as "scholes, lampard, kdb". they genuinely never saw roy keane do anything other than look dour in the skysports studio.

    @J4X0NE @SkyHelpTeam This keeps happening, 3rd race now. One way I’ve found to fix it is closing the channel and reopening it quickly. It can take 3-4 tries.
