    @SkyHelpTeam Good news Sky, my super fast broadband didn’t cut out long enough tonight to cancel my account and while I was at it I cancelled my TV package and phone line as well. My 4 Sky mobiles are still on contract until April and they will be next. #rottenservice

    @mrbean1927 @SkySports Try doing this, I did it and it worked On sky remote go down to sports not TV guide and go across to other multi showings and click on it then it should work

    @SkyHelpTeam not impressed. Booked Sky Q installation for today. Told Sky I had to take my wife to work between 8-9am and they said it was fine. Engineer rings me from outside my house at 8.10am. Poor customer service. If they cannot install it today I won't be a customer by 5pm

    @SkyHelpTeam Right! my phones fully charged and plugged in.. I have a flask of coffee and sandwiches..i’ve told my family where I am in case they start looking for me in the next couple of days. So here goes..I’m going to phone Sky customer services.. pray for me...#skyhopeless

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been a sky customer since 1989 ..I have a tv package..sky phone line..and 4 Sky mobiles ..it costs a fortune and your product is unacceptable.. I refuse to spend anymore time fault finding for Sky. I am giving Sky notice that I will be cancelling all my contacts with you.

    Just had the @SkyHelpTeam engineer out to fix our WiFi signal strength and now the internet is completely down. Fairly certain there is no worse Internet Service Provider around. And no, I can’t face another cust serv call with Sky, again

    @SkyHelpTeam System doesn’t accept my sign in details. I receive your emails yet it doesn’t accept the email address. I think it’s frankly unacceptable to charge people for a service you aren’t providing.

    @SkyHelpTeam I gave up after 90 minutes, been forwarded to 4 different numbers..I’ve been with Sky since 1991 and I pay over £185 per month for mobiles, tv, fibre and landline service and this has to be the most dreadful customer service in the U.K. I’m out of contract in April. #cantwait

    @SkyHelpTeam The only difference I can think off is a Sky Booster being installed by a Sky Engineer, but U.K. pretty sure this issue started before that engineer visit occurred

    @SkyUK after 12 days and 4 openreach engineer visits and still no Internet, we discover today that it is all because you didn't do your job properly to begin with. Now being told it could take 2-3 more days Fix! Escalate and fix it now! Wish I could of stayed with @virginmedia
