    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband been down since yesterday. Had a message to say it was fixed this morning. Worked for an hour and now nothing again. Now there’s conveniently ‘a problem in my area’. When will this be fixed? I need internet to work... can’t speak to a person.

    @SkyUK our broadband is dreadful at the moment. Using Speedchecker: On 26/04 our download speed was 1.67, on 04/05 our download was 1.64, slightly better today at 9.78, but our guaranteed minimum is 22. How do I cancel my contract as I’m only 6mo into an 18mo contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam Your website blames this issue in Dundee for the outage, but I fail to see how that would cause problems in the South of England tbh! U less your entire service has gone down country wide?

    Absolute joke. @SkyHelpTeam cancel the visit by text 25 minutes after it was due. Reschedule to a date I can't do, I go online to reschedule and next available date is January? Absolutely unacceptable.

    @SkyUK worst customer service. Upgraded to sky multi rooms on 9th October. Engineer due visit on 3rd November to install it - no show. New date for today - no show again.2 days off work, 4 hours spent on phone, 6 unhelpful advisors and still no further forward!
