@SkyUK our broadband is dreadful at the moment. Using Speedchecker: On 26/04 our download speed was 1.67, on 04/05 our download was 1.64, slightly better today at 9.78, but our guaranteed minimum is 22. How do I cancel my contract as I’m only 6mo into an 18mo contract.

@SkyHelpTeam recently we have had Superfast broadband installed. There are now two networks available, standard and 5ghz, yet my laptop (HP) only recognises the former. All other devices (phone, other family members' laptops etc.) are able to connect to it. Can you help?

Just found @cw_charmed is back for series 2, already 15 episodes in. Trouble is neither @SkyUK or @All4 have all episodes from episode 1 on catch up in HD - can you put all released episodes from series 2 on Catch Up in HD please? I won't watch unless from ep.1 😱😨 please!?
