    @SkyHelpTeam hi our Sky Q keeps freezing and saying we have no satellite signal, but our status is all fine as is our network connection. We have been through the troubleshooting online which hasn’t fixed it and you’ve removed your phone number to call. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted with sky customer service , was my intention to renew but have decided to cancel so dam rude could not give me a renwal price, lived sky but have decided to cancel and hiven my 1 months notice

    @RyanJoForrester @SkySports No I agree the season needs to be finished! As there's a chance any team from 13th could get into the play offs. My main concern with the original tweet is the money these teams in the relegation zone will get if they don't go down. It's totally unfair!

    @SkySports you are still taking money from us for sports channels! Pay this to the football leagues! Then ask all premier league teams to give money to each and every league team below them to help - like 2-3 teams each to help them pay their bills and keep going!

    @premierleague clubs are willing to 'consider' finishing the league if relegation is cancelled. No problem but only give the bottom 3 parachute payments and TV money that they would get in the @efl. This will give everyone something to play for on @skysports.

    @SkyUK our broadband is dreadful at the moment. Using Speedchecker: On 26/04 our download speed was 1.67, on 04/05 our download was 1.64, slightly better today at 9.78, but our guaranteed minimum is 22. How do I cancel my contract as I’m only 6mo into an 18mo contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hiya - I know not ideal at all! This is the broadband speed constantly .. 24/7 hours a day. Upload speed never gets beyond 1. Surely sky provide a guaranteed speed?

    @SkyHelpTeam can you please DM the customer helpline number for Sky Q, my brother wants to call in he has a couple of issues He doesn’t have a device which connects to the internet so won’t be able to troubleshoothe needs to speak to a human.
