@SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

@SkyHelpTeam I have my two Sky Yahoo email accounts forwarded to Gmail. Since 8pm yesterday (Fri) I’ve only received 2 of the 60 emails sent to me until it all started working again around 9pm tonight. Was there an issue with Sky Yahoo Mail (they are all visible there) or Gmail?

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Carol, they weren’t able to get it sorted for me. They checked for other offers and best they could do was offer to charge me an extra £10 on my monthly subscription. Not exactly comparable to my original ‘free’ upgrade for being a Platinum customer!

@ianpburns1 @SkySports Big difference between Leeds & Arsenal but not in the fact that mis-ownership might take us down eventually. Apart from that expectation is massive at Arsenal. They are huge club compared to Leeds. If we had Bielsa and his experience we may not be turning against him either.
