@SkyHelpTeam I already pay you £60 a month, but you want me to pay more just to have parental controls!? parental controls should be included in ANY internet package that any ISP has, customers shouldn't have to pay extra to keep their kids safe on your provided internet service

@freesat_tv It's 1gb hd (new model) it's a @SkyHelpTeam problem as phones won't play iPlayer either but that can't/won't help as it all works when not connected to there network

Third time in two weeks @SkyHelpTeam our internet has gone down. I know what to check. I know it’s likely an @OpenreachHelp issue but I’m at least 20gb down now due to loss of internet connection and having to hotspot to work. And that’***** & miss. No recompense or apology.

@SkyUK you would think after 20 years with Sky the service would be better. Since getting sky glass I have had nothing but problems, last month I spent 2 hours on the phone and guess what.. this still hasn’t been sorted! I think it’s time I go to a different provider!! Very poor

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, that’s literally what I told you I did. That’s it? That’s the help I get? Use the contact option?? I’ve noticed sky make it impossible for anyone to get things fixed or leave. Your number is hidden and online it’s impossible to get help from anyone. Sort it out.
