@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

@OpenreachHelp Sorry Frazer but I've done that. Many, many times. And @SkyHelpTeam have actually been really helpful too when I have done. Unfortunately when it hits yourselves at Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) you're not helpful. Not even slightly. You've no interest in resolving the issue.

@SkySports Goal. VAR wont ever be accepted by fans if the refs a) cant use it properly and b) dont even know the rules of the game. VAR just led to a goal given in real time wrongly being disallowed. Thats just painfully stupid.

@SkySports Never ever ever a foul! Prime example when VAR doesn't work. Slow motion doesn't show the full picture, needs to be watched full speed to see Kasper does not have the ball under control.

@SkySports Sky called it intelligent goalkeeping, they think he knew the rule so touched the ball knowing he'd be fine, never tried to pull the ball back though. Just shows he's a cheat and got it wrong after all when did his hand get hurt yetis rolling around as though his arms been broken
