@samknotty @SkySportsPL @SkySports Again, missing the point. If our 'top' refs CANNOT see the penalty immediately, that is AWFUL. No excuse and VAR should not be required. My handball point relates to inconsistency, not the decision. I'm neutral so don't care if given/not given. The standard is unacceptable.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for response, call answered after 36 minutes, however you’re unable to send an engineer out for 10 days, @SkyUK was only fitted 5 days ago and has lost signal already, not acceptable!! 🤬

@emmawillmer @SkyHelpTeam Well when there's others on down detector or here with the same complaints, it's a fair bet where the fault is. Tbf in my case it seems it's a fault on my line or the filter. It's a fairly new line, but was running fine for 3 months+ so I thought it had to be external. Seems not.
