    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I received a text this morning from Sky, reporting a fault with my broadband (It seemed to be working ok) and openreach are working to fix this. The engineer left at midday and the broadband is not working.

    @SkyHelpTeam just had my net set up today and after installing the router I’m having low signal strengths in multiple rooms as I live in a high rise flat with thick walls. Can’t find how to either add boost to my package, but do u have a router with more than 2 Ethernet ports? 😢

    This would all be sorted if @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach actually finished the install of fibre to our estate, but they still seem to be dragging their heels on that. I've put up with these slow speeds for too long now! Its 2020, and I'm basically on dial up. @SkyHelpTeam

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam please could you sort out the Sky Stream puck issues when connected to @ThreeUK Broadband. So many things won't play at all, and channels are slow to load. I am paying for a TV service I can't use fully unless I also pay for a VPN. 🥺

    I haven't got #Skysports i use a different service so i pay 9.99 for Racing- I think they should take the Get in Model> I like the way the guys go on Like normal people do rip the piss and all that and apply it to ITV Racing get rid of those pansies who always suck up- its pukey
