@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@SkyHelpTeam Trying to reinstate the Sky service after paying the bill. Bill has been paid in full and each time I click reinstate service it tells me an error has occurred. The contact number on the screen puts me through to the payment portal

@SkyUK two streaming televisions in the house. One in the kitchen (wifi). Sky Glass in the living room connected by an ethernet cable. Absolutely no problem with TV in kitchen. Sky Glass, pretty much unwatchable. Freezing, trying to load programmes 🙄 Not fit for purpose.

There was no budget after getting maximum income from it. So not getting in the UCL won’t make any difference to budget. There’s not on there regardless.

@SkyUK I have an issue with this......I signed up to sky BB 150gb for £30 (and boost £2.50) a few weeks ago.....now you have told me my prices are going up in April.....how can that be? and why is it still advertised for less than what I've been told it is increasing to?

@SkyHelpTeam I went through all that - information on who to actually contact in order to cancel isn't there. Ended up on an online chat which took around 2 hours to complete and still haven't got anywhere. Now expecting a call back tomorrow. Awful service
