    @SkyHelpTeam so disappointed at lack of help when trying to change my recently widowed 81yr old mums account into her own name . Were prepared to do better deal if they cut off her Sky with no definite date to re instate it !!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam is something going on at the moment? I’ve done countless speed tests and they all say my internet is very fast but I cant load anything on my phone 80% of the time, my ping in-game is very high, and my connection to game servers and parties is awful.
