@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, unfortunately none of those steps work, it is a problem with the actual app as I’m not the only one experiencing it. Every time a program ends and you try to exit it and move to the next episode it just has the buffering symbol come up and it doesn’t move
