    @Mclean1993 @SkyUK Did you get this resolved? We have the same problem this morning.....recently had broadband issues and the thought of having to take time off work AGAIN and wait for another engineer is soul destroying!

    @SkyUK two streaming televisions in the house. One in the kitchen (wifi). Sky Glass in the living room connected by an ethernet cable. Absolutely no problem with TV in kitchen. Sky Glass, pretty much unwatchable. Freezing, trying to load programmes 🙄 Not fit for purpose.

    @SkyHelpTeam Trying to reinstate the Sky service after paying the bill. Bill has been paid in full and each time I click reinstate service it tells me an error has occurred. The contact number on the screen puts me through to the payment portal

    Having a terrible time with @SkyHelpTeam trying to sort out our TV package. Price agreed then £15pm added. No supervisor on Sat but keeps putting me on hold and then adjusting. 2 hours wasted. Then tells me I had an engineer booked for my old box today 30 yrs with Sky. Loyalty ?

    @SkyHelpTeam 15 year sky customer here. I spoke to retentions this morning to agree a new 24 month tv and broadband deal. They gave me a price for all services to recontract. We agreed I’d go and think about it. When I called back hours later they refused the offer! Disgusting.

    @SkyUK hi there I've placed my order to move over to sky mobile gave my pac code and chose esim but when I when I install my esim it says fail to activate!! Gonna have to cancel my order entirely now!
