    @SkyHelpTeam what’s going on with the internet? Speed is fine, ping is good in games but randomly dropping. Is someone looking into it? Down detector shows others reporting issues. Nothing in router log

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah it’s for a sky q mini box. Not sure why it’s done this. When I unplug and plug back in solid orange light and won’t go past that screen. Engineer next Sunday but hoping could fix before then.

    @SkyHelpTeam Done all that, yes. Phoned the helpline, as have fellow villagers to be told there's no area-wide issue, yet we are all experiencing the same. There's also the challenge of the landline going through the router, so that's one communication channel closed whilst it's so unstable.

    @SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

    @SkyUK Sky stream - if it’s over the internet does that mean the sports channels won’t be 100% live like Amazon prime. There’s always a lag, even with fast internet as everyone is watching - if that’s the case, sky stream is awful.

    @SkyUK @ShopifyRebels Ridiculous... such a immoral company to deal with. Leave customers stressed and ensure they struggle rather than help. Also lie about your resolution process. If you can avoid SKY please do so .. although it maybe difficult if there the only supply in the area.
