@SkyHelpTeam I have Sky Broadband and Sky Glass and at least once a night, one channel or another freezes, which can be annoying. Is this an internet/wifi issue or a Sky Glass problem?

@SkyHelpTeam what is going on?! Open reach appointment booked and never showed. Now been on the phone for over 2 hours after being told you’d call me back. No one is helping. If this is how you treat your loyal customers then we better leave.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s okay. Problem solved. I had an old SIM card that I thought I’d lost. Just found it under a speaker on my desk and put it in my phone... that was the sim that the number was ported to!! It’s fine now, but thank you 🤪
