@ClerksonPhoto @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact them as well and can’t get thru. Even their MySky app doesn’t have the messenger service on it anymore. Very poor from them to treat you like that mate. Suppose it’s the easiest way for them to keep customers if they can’t call up & cancel.

I cant take this anymore. Sort your broadband out @SkyUK. This is ridiculous. I can barely check my emails or join a video conference today. I understand there’s increased demand on your servers with everyone being at home, bt surely 2months is long enough to sort this issue.

So, @SkyHelpTeam Sky upgraded me to SkyQ on Tues PM, which they mucked up as the picture breaks up and turns off after 10 minutes. Won't send anyone to fix their failed install for 10 days. I would watch TV on my laptop...except sky broadband has been down since weds morning FFS!
