    Lesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

    @_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

    @Miketyson2007 @virginmedia I had virgin internet and sky tv and there was no problem but now I've got the whole lot with virgin it's gone **** I'll be open to change back if @SkyUK wanna pay the cancellation fee for me
