Lesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

@SkyHelpTeam I can get further on mobile data so it must be something to do with Sky blocking my IP. Restarting Virgin routers do not give you a new IP so what are my next steps with Sky to investigate why this is being blocked? Other discussions on the VM forums about this issue as well.

@SkyHelpTeam Don't know what's going on with your layout but why are shows downloading instead of playing when I go in to watch a show in my planner? The recorded item is there but when I press select it starts downloading & I have to scroll down to start playing the recorded one
