Ridiculous I have to pay @SkyUK to watch #F1 live as they advertise it’s ONLY on @SkySportsF1 then for the first 3 races this season @SkyOne has had LIVE coverage - I’m tied into a contract so can’t even cancel sports because of this RIP OFF - @SkyHelpTeam I want my money back!

@OpenreachHelp How can I contact you about your staff lying? OR have missed 2 appointments so far. @SkyHelpTeam have told me the eChat notes show OR tried to call me 3 times. They did not. SMS works (from OR) - but no calls. Isn't an issue for my ISP to resolve - this is yours.

Openreach have missed repeated appointments and have the audacity to say they tried to call me 3 times (hint: they did not) - strange considering they could SMS without issue. Sky also don't seem to have a way to phone OR. Shambles all around.
