Ridiculous I have to pay @SkyUK to watch #F1 live as they advertise it’s ONLY on @SkySportsF1 then for the first 3 races this season @SkyOne has had LIVE coverage - I’m tied into a contract so can’t even cancel sports because of this RIP OFF - @SkyHelpTeam I want my money back!

@SkyUK I've Sky Stream and have a couple of issues with Netflix: it never launches when selected from the top rail of the Home Page - it goes to a never-ending rotating red wheel. However, Netflix does launch when it's selected in the apps or launched by voice input. (1)

@SkyHelpTeam why you have started using IP addresses in ITALY!! my IP is showing as located in Italy and it's causing several issues. Having to use my phone as a hotspot to ensure I have UK IP!! I am not going to send any account info over twitter as twitter can see that too!
