    I am sick to death of the poor service I’m getting from sky - my internet hardly connects anymore which means I’m having to use all my phone data 😡 the @SkyHelpTeam hasn’t helped at all

    Ridiculous I have to pay @SkyUK to watch #F1 live as they advertise it’s ONLY on @SkySportsF1 then for the first 3 races this season @SkyOne has had LIVE coverage - I’m tied into a contract so can’t even cancel sports because of this RIP OFF - @SkyHelpTeam I want my money back!

    @SkyHelpTeam not Impressed with TV support - it’s taking the advisor AGESSSS to load his help guides - he doesn’t know ANYTHING, if the script on his screen doesn’t match my error he can’t help - appalling way to run support

    Perhaps @skytv should tell me why they put the subscription up & don't have the courtesy to tell me even though the quality of the content has gone seriously down hill since I subscribed. Repeat after repeat. I won't hold my breath for a reply @SkySports but I will cancel if not.
