    @SkyHelpTeam not Impressed with TV support - it’s taking the advisor AGESSSS to load his help guides - he doesn’t know ANYTHING, if the script on his screen doesn’t match my error he can’t help - appalling way to run support

    Ridiculous I have to pay @SkyUK to watch #F1 live as they advertise it’s ONLY on @SkySportsF1 then for the first 3 races this season @SkyOne has had LIVE coverage - I’m tied into a contract so can’t even cancel sports because of this RIP OFF - @SkyHelpTeam I want my money back!

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s fine it’s sorted but your customer service representative made it extremely difficult for my grandmother. Only being contactable by telephone and then having a lot of background noise meant she couldn’t hear or understand the man. Thank goodness I was there.

    Anyone considering going with @SkyUK I cannot tell you enough to not. Disgusting customer service, we were promised a product for a price & they’re now trying to charge us around £40 per month more. The ‘compromise’ is they’ll give us £27 off for 4 months & wont budge. Sky Glass

    @SkyHelpTeam I have rebooted my router 46 times since February because of Sky Qs rubbish connection. Never had a problem with Sky HD. A manager was going to call in March But like most things Sky - didn’t bother. We are still waiting
