    @SkyHelpTeam really need help with broadband subscription- not allowed to phone billing team and tried tech but just on hold forever. Can someone please get in touch to discuss the situation I have and advise me how to sort it

    I am sick to death of the poor service I’m getting from sky - my internet hardly connects anymore which means I’m having to use all my phone data 😡 the @SkyHelpTeam hasn’t helped at all

    @_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

    Ridiculous I have to pay @SkyUK to watch #F1 live as they advertise it’s ONLY on @SkySportsF1 then for the first 3 races this season @SkyOne has had LIVE coverage - I’m tied into a contract so can’t even cancel sports because of this RIP OFF - @SkyHelpTeam I want my money back!

    @SkyHelpTeam No, through my tv prime, Netflix, Disney plus all no problem, the engineer tested my broadband speed when he was here, no problem, my phone laptop and iPad no problem, just trying to download anything from your service is the problem

    @SkyHelpTeam If you google this problem there are multitudes of people with the same problem, check “sky community” this problem is rife. Sky try to blame other broadband providers every time

    Anyone else seen how bad @SkyUK Glass is - everyone says how cheap and bad the panels they use in it — and they just seen lifeless, DIM brightness, washed out colour, no vibrant colours… and the man had the check to say “but it can show XX million colours” - just nasty looking

    @SkyHelpTeam No just “failed” I have been having the same issue for months, an engineer called, changed my q box, and fitted a booster, literally minutes after he left the problems intensified, so much so my laptop phone and iPad would not connect to my house internet, it’s beyond a joke now!
