Vulnerable person in our house who is shielding which you have been told numerous times and the promises made weekly by you NEVER happen. Please DO SOMETHING Appalling service, no service!!!

Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandLesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

Neville Barton (@NevilleBarton1) reported@SkySports been bad for England for ages. If he was playing for a Club in this comp, he'd be on the bench and DCL would be playing. Too easy to say "He will find his form" this should not be the case in a major tournament. Put him on the bench!
