    Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

    @SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

    @SkyUK I have waited since the 7/7/20 for you to connect my wifi and STILL NOTHING. Vulnerable person in our house who is shielding which you have been told numerous times and the promises made weekly by you NEVER happen. Please DO SOMETHING Appalling service, no service!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I REALLY need help with my Sky bill - you are trying to charge me for services I’ve cancelled. Who can I speak to via phone / chat / email to get this addressed I CAN NOT fix it from self help online I’ve tried - I just need to contact sky support it’s urgent now

    @SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam our sky q has suddenly started showing no signal. We have booked an engineer but the website says we should still get to use the apps on sky, however, it just says to use this service you need a satellite signal? Any ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam My friend, a 78 year old lady has been trying to contact Sky as she has no written confirmation of her package.Her internet she got of them isn’t working and can’t get the online services to check her connection. Not exactly good service for the £90+ a month.

Id say switch to virgin but they are just as crap. Just press the button to cancel they usually pick up bastards. @SkyHelpTeam #SkyHelpTeam

    @ParamountPlusUK @SkyHelpTeam They’ve been helping already. Sadly it looks to be the way the app for SkyQ has been designed is the issue. Do you know if there is going to be an audio update to allow “proper” surround sound? Just seems a shame that the Prime, Netflix and AppleTV apps don’t have this issue

    @extravelservice @SkyUK It’s a sky streaming only service Locked into Sky better off getting a smartTV . Look at BT TV £6 a month for Sky entertainment Netflix and freeview. And record 600 hours all without an aerial or dish.
