@SkyUK your internet is the ******* worse, lost count the times I’ve had issues with this and your troubleshoot is to reset the internet etc, it doesn’t ******* work, new router same ****. Shouldn’t be on 5mb for the majority of every day.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband been down since yesterday. Had a message to say it was fixed this morning. Worked for an hour and now nothing again. Now there’s conveniently ‘a problem in my area’. When will this be fixed? I need internet to work... can’t speak to a person.

@SkyHelpTeam No, as they have failed to spot the issue in 6 months of calls. I managed to solve it in 3hrs, by resetting every device in the house individually and changing the 5ghz wireless channel. Something they never suggested once.
