Email received from @SkyUK this morning advising that they’re not happy with the £92 I pay each month and now want to rip me off by another fiver when not delivering the service I should expect anyway. That’s one customer now going to be getting ready to leave them.

@SkyHelpTeam Well, firstly the voice recognition doesnt work, and you have to wait for the keypad option, then there is a 50/50 change the call is dropped and you have to start again. With such poor customer service, from an automated system, and such choice out there, why would I stay.
