Please can my complaint manager call me tomorrow asap after 4pm I was due a call back today never received the call. customer service is extremely appalling.

Had an issue with my Internet connection couple weeks ago that you said you'd send someone out to have a look at, since it was an issue between an exchange and my address, but it's now not working again after being fixed??

Then to top it off you put me on hold, then hang up!? Terrible service!!

DSL and Internet light haven't worked at all in the last 36hrs. Worked yesterday up until 14:40 and nothing since then? Is this due to the heatwave or is it an issue with my modem?

So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. Are you actually going to fix this issue?!?

Out With A Yang Cosplay (@XiaoLongCosplay) reported from Bracknell, England@OpenreachHelp The provider is @TalkTalk however that isn't the problem. It is the fact the dsl and Internet lights on the modem aren't working which is then causing the talktalk router not to connect.

I had to use my mobile hotspot so I can be in a #zoom meeting today. And tonight again I have a zoom meeting, and most likely I will have to use my phone for it #disappointed
