the artist formerly known as Prince Harry (@sianirv) reported from Winnersh, England“We completely understand that the entire planet is WFH during a literal pandemic but we think it’s reasonable to ask you to wait 30 days for us to sort out the problem with the service you pay for whilst you’re trying to educate children” what an absolute joke @TalkTalk
-
the artist formerly known as Prince Harry (@sianirv) reported from Winnersh, England@TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more
-
Mrs K (@spiritedsummer) reported from Camberley, England@TalkTalk yet again I cannot access my work computer remotely! All my home safe settings are off and customer service are reading off a script. Useless!! #fedup #cancellingsoon

Out With A Yang Cosplay (@XiaoLongCosplay) reported from Bracknell, England@WeAreOpenreach having issues with my modem for my talktalk wifi. DSL and Internet light haven't worked at all in the last 36hrs. Worked yesterday up until 14:40 and nothing since then? Is this due to the heatwave or is it an issue with my modem?
-
Shalah Akhtar (@shalah_akhtar) reported from Reading, England@TalkTalk Hi, we’ve been without internet for 24hrs, we’ve followed all the steps on the website and can’t seem to get in contact with anyone to get it fixed. -
AS Lambert (@abisarah79) reported from Woodcote, England@talktalk @BTOpenreach your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You have managed to leave my parents with no landline or internet facility for over a week & then the booked engineer fails to turn up after waiting in for 5 hrs and the promise of texts 30mins before visit.
-

-
RICHARD JOHN DARLING (@RJDARLING7) reported from Sulhamstead Abbots, England@TalkTalk I need to speak to complaint manager in the uk and not from abroad as they are useless and don’t understand due to the language barrier. I have not been able access or receive or send emails due to a server error your end since 9 December not good enough!
-
Out With A Yang Cosplay (@XiaoLongCosplay) reported from Bracknell, England@OpenreachHelp The provider is @TalkTalk however that isn't the problem. It is the fact the dsl and Internet lights on the modem aren't working which is then causing the talktalk router not to connect.
-
the artist formerly known as Prince Harry (@sianirv) reported from Winnersh, England@TalkTalk Either way, kindly stop harassing me with emails and letters as the bottom line is I am not paying you for a service I did not receive.
-

Danni ^•w•^ (@somemintbunny) reportedmy favourite thing about talktalk is how when you log in online it just doesnt work and sends you back to the login page
-
Fazillionaire (@FAZILLION) reported@TalkTalk I refuse to pay the cancellation fee or call this number. I need an express guarantee that I will not be charged an exorbitant cancellation fee for a service I have not used yet. This is the only action I want from TalkTalk..
-
Vaughan (@oluwafifunmii) reportedSee the WiFi service Talktalk is giving me 😭😭😭
-
Dave O (@llqdave) reported@flatherings @TalkTalk The company is collapsing. They are flogging off parts as quickly as they can find bigger fools to buy them. Their support is useless, because they don't actually read the complaint, they just read whatever notes their colleagues make.
-
G (@gilbertsanchz) reportedReal world weight, then the fix. SQL injection has powered some of the largest breaches in history. The 2017 Equifax era of breaches, TalkTalk, Heartland Payment Systems: hundreds of millions of records, much of it through injection flaws. It has sat at the top of the OWASP vulnerability lists for two decades. The fixes are well known. For SQLi: parameterized queries, which keep user input permanently separated from database commands. For XSS: input validation and output encoding, so anything a user submits gets treated as text, never as runnable code. Never trust user input. Sanitize and validate everything, every time.

ElaineGolding (@Elainebks) reported@Go4gold100 @TalkTalk Beware of any replies purporting to be their customer services on here
-
Paul (@PaulUtd16) reportedHi @TalkTalk is there a reason why you sent an engineer round to fix a problem at my elderly parents just to leave them without internet or phone line for the bank holiday weekend?
-
Angela (@angelajazz2) reported@TalkTalk Our internet has been virtually non-existent for days even though Openreach are supposed to have fixed the exchange. Obviously not! What’s going on TalkTalk? I have a fault logged but I can’t even access your website from my phone. We so need to cancel our contract with you!
-
Darren Jenkins (@Villa51Darren) reported@TalkTalk @Ofcom since “planned maintenance “, my 90 yr old visually impaired, widowed mum has been left without a house phone line working for 12 days. Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!
-
Twiggy Bigwood (@devilscustard) reportedHey @TalkTalk Your debt recovery company, Moorcroft, have just said they are instructed by you to collect an overdue debt. They are saying they might be able to ‘unbar our services’ if we pay. Considering that you have never given us the service which we paid you for, consistently, for over four years, it is rather ironic. You sent four engineers - two of which gave completely conflicting advice which cost us money - and our account was for fibre broadband. There is NO fibre broadband where we live. Should we send you a bill for four years of payments for non-service? I believe our bill will be considerably larger. Address this problem correctly. Apologise for utterly appalling customer service and call off your spurious claims. You owe your customers for false promises and no service.
