Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

@TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

@OpenreachHelp The provider is @TalkTalk however that isn't the problem. It is the fact the dsl and Internet lights on the modem aren't working which is then causing the talktalk router not to connect.

@TalkTalk What do you want me to do with this internet hub? You can send a return bag or a messenger to collect it. You’ve said you were going to ring me a few times, but this has never happened. I’d recommend that any potential customers stay away from talk talk. I’ll bin it if you like!

@MartinSLewis Changed home phone provider in January to nowtv using Uswitch. Was told by nowtv everything would be sorted by them. After having paid out last #TalkTalk bill, 3 months later we are still being billed by #TalkTalk for services they're not providing. Please HELP!!!
