@TalkTalk Any idea why when the router for my business isn't working and I've been on the phone for almost an hour, the best your guys can come up with is to 'turn it off and on again'? Then to top it off you put me on hold, then hang up!? Terrible service!!

@WeAreOpenreach having issues with my modem for my talktalk wifi. DSL and Internet light haven't worked at all in the last 36hrs. Worked yesterday up until 14:40 and nothing since then? Is this due to the heatwave or is it an issue with my modem?

@TalkTalk guess what me again. So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. Are you actually going to fix this issue?!?

@OpenreachHelp The provider is @TalkTalk however that isn't the problem. It is the fact the dsl and Internet lights on the modem aren't working which is then causing the talktalk router not to connect.

@TalkTalk In our 14 days intro/ trial period, our signal in upstairs rooms very poor (34 MBps) not 400mbps as promised. Numerous tries to speak to customer service - appalling. Cannot get answer on whether 14 days to cancel will be extended if problem can’t be fixed. help please?

@virginmedia Is it possible to get your hub 4 or 5 hub on my 250GB package? I have the Hub 3 and wireless around my house is terrible, even with a booster. In comparison, my TalkTalk hub provided perfect coverage around the house, without any boosters. Looking at buying 3rd party
