DSL and Internet light haven't worked at all in the last 36hrs. Worked yesterday up until 14:40 and nothing since then? Is this due to the heatwave or is it an issue with my modem?

Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. The 2017 Equifax era of breaches, TalkTalk, Heartland Payment Systems: hundreds of millions of records, much of it through injection flaws. It has sat at the top of the OWASP vulnerability lists for two decades. The fixes are well known. For SQLi: parameterized queries, which keep user input permanently separated from database commands. For XSS: input validation and output encoding, so anything a user submits gets treated as text, never as runnable code. Never trust user input. Sanitize and validate everything, every time.
