    @TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    So today's @TalkTalk update, complaint going in by email, but for the first time ever, they sent me a paper bill and are charging me £2.75 for it. If I could afford to cancel i would. This company is truly disgusting the way they treat customers.

    @TalkTalk I’ve tried to cancel my order this am. Unsuccessful tried chat, tried to register (can’t) no welcome pack with account number.Been past from depart/depart . Telephone for over 1 hr1/2 Still no success customer services disappeared off call. Useless!
