So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

Out of nowhere, he started swearing at me for no valid reason and even blocked me from the comments. It was honestly disappointing because I was just trying to show support and kindness, especially knowing how tough the industry in Mzansi can be. It’s sad to see such behavior, especially from someone who once lived a more comfortable lifestyle and now seems to be going through a different phase. Perhaps that also explains why his live sessions don’t attract many viewers anymore.
