So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

I have not been able access or receive or send emails due to a server error your end since 9 December not good enough!

Please can my complaint manager call me tomorrow asap after 4pm I was due a call back today never received the call. customer service is extremely appalling.
