    Dido Harding is in charge of the UK government’s “Track, Test, and Trace” service. She was the CEO of TalkTalk when they got hacked in 2015 and had no idea whether the customer data was encrypted. (Astonishingly, she has a degree in PPE - not the equipment one - from Oxford.)

    @TalkTalk Really disappointed with the service I've received this week. I've had a fault on my line and been fed a string of lies by your customer service agents. I won't be renewing my contract or recommending you to others. Even the Openreach engineer was shocked. Lost 4 days pay now 😠

    @TalkTalk I am so very tired of explaining over and over and over again. There is zero point in doing it again. Hours of life gone trying to solve a problem that is your doing TalkTalk. Customer service is abysmal. So stressful too. TalkTalk should be ashamed! I’ve gone to another provider

    @TalkTalk I phoned to end my contract. Was told the system was down, took my number and promised to ring back at 15:00Hrs. No call back till now. What a service you provide!

    @TalkTalk I posted several hours that l have not received my router and my go live date has long past the technician came and found me with no router. After hours of speaking with your team l am told only the full fiver team can help me l can never get help!!!!

    @Emzzoxox @TalkTalk Because they just wont listen , they use the same response to everyone . My complaint has been on since may 2022 ,but they will not go of script . These companies have to recognise they provide a service we pay for,I will continue to let as many people know about the poor service

    @TalkTalk @WhichUK @MoneySavingExp The name TalkTalk is ironic because the last thing TalkTalk are good at is communication. 7 hours of attempted “TalkTalk” in the last week. No sign of resolution or hope. Why don’t you change your name to “grbllkgddbnhf” it would make more sense

    @TalkTalk for a company that specialises in communications, your communication and customer service levels are horrendous. Zero customer service, you train robots to read from scripts, and apparently your staff are not allowed to call customers back. Embarrassingly shocking!
