    The Totally useless @Talktalk have sent me an email telling me they have cancelled sky sport as agreed but they have still managed to send me a bill that charges me for it. Good luck collecting it I will cancel my direct debit before the due date if not resolve

    @EricCartwright9 @TalkTalk I have a direct line number to a customer liaison manager that can speak English she got both barrels & a reload yesterday was promised it was sorted. Told them if it wasn’t I would claim repayment under the direct debit rules the whole amount 😡

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV just clicked the link in your offer email by accident...surely there are some rules against signing someone up to an 18 month contract from one click in an email, not even a confirm button on the landing page. I’m sure you’ll have a few requests to cancel.

    Incredible timing from @TalkTalk My Broadband slows down just before my renewal date and they email me to say that I can upgrade to a faster connection for only a few £ more each month.

    @Ofcom Did you look at #TalkTalk? Virtually impossible to find a phone number or even email contact form to speak with them, nevermind waiting times! Instead you have to sign up & ask a 'community' your question. Total lottery who answers or whether anyone will. Not good service at all.

    @TalkTalk No thanks we are cancelling our service. The saying "you get what you pay for" never was more true than this company! Awful customer service. We are currently with virgin who are on a different level when it comes to customer service and fixing issues. I'll gladly pay the extra.

    @TalkTalk "Happy Friday"?!? I am a loyal customer. I helped a friend (also Talk Talk customer) to resolve an issue yesterday. I agreed to pay an amount of money on his behalf and was told the internet would be on in 24 hours. Nothing. Bad service.
