@TalkTalk I still have no Internet. Been 6 hours now and not one person has responded to me. I tried calling customer service and they told me they can't help and will send an engineer at my cost..... but no answers.

Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

@WeAreOpenreach having issues with my modem for my talktalk wifi. DSL and Internet light haven't worked at all in the last 36hrs. Worked yesterday up until 14:40 and nothing since then? Is this due to the heatwave or is it an issue with my modem?

@OpenreachHelp The provider is @TalkTalk however that isn't the problem. It is the fact the dsl and Internet lights on the modem aren't working which is then causing the talktalk router not to connect.

@TalkTalk Live chat has disappeared, been on hold to the full fibre team for an hour now, after my order was unexpectedly cancelled this morning, yet i cannot sign up with anyone else because the cancellation doesn't seem to have gone through. TRULY terrible service.
