    @TalkTalk I still have no Internet. Been 6 hours now and not one person has responded to me. I tried calling customer service and they told me they can't help and will send an engineer at my cost..... but no answers.

    @TalkTalkGroup 1 I am a new customer, set up tv box and router on Weds, couldn’t get several apps to play content all had their own error boxes. Online chat with talktalk for ages, nothing helped. I decided to do a factory settings tv box reset - now works but pushes on every

    @OpenreachHelp The provider is @TalkTalk however that isn't the problem. It is the fact the dsl and Internet lights on the modem aren't working which is then causing the talktalk router not to connect.

    @WeAreOpenreach having issues with my modem for my talktalk wifi. DSL and Internet light haven't worked at all in the last 36hrs. Worked yesterday up until 14:40 and nothing since then? Is this due to the heatwave or is it an issue with my modem?

    @TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

    Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

    @DonJoewonSong @TalkTalk they said i never ended the contract and continued to use the service. i provided the letter with TT confirming the end of contract and i provided proof i had moved house 2 days after ending the contract and even gave proof of getting BT installed.

    Right.. @TalkTalk Your customer support is the most appalling service I have ever experienced. I've spoken to 5 (FIVE) of your operator's and have been cut off EVERYTIME!!! Internet being down while working from home and yet no one is offering to help. Anyone here maybe??
