So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. Out With A Yang Cosplay (@XiaoLongCosplay) reported from Bracknell, England@OpenreachHelp The provider is @TalkTalk however that isn't the problem. It is the fact the dsl and Internet lights on the modem aren't working which is then causing the talktalk router not to connect.

Then to top it off you put me on hold, then hang up!? Terrible service!!

MaggieTat (@maggie_tat) reported@tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.
