    @TalkTalk I’ve been with you over 5 years and to be honest I’m shocked at the service to a loyal customer. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency or I will find a new internet provider elsewhere. Your prices have gone up steeply so it’s not even like that’s a benefit any more

    @TalkTalk I still have no Internet. Been 6 hours now and not one person has responded to me. I tried calling customer service and they told me they can't help and will send an engineer at my cost..... but no answers.

    Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

    TalkTalk bought Tiscali, which bought lineone ages ago when you still had to dial in to the internet at 16,600 baud. I've never been a customer of theirs, only had that legacy email account.

    I do wish TalkTalk would give me the option of simply closing down my old lineone email account, rather than continuously trying to get me to pay £5 a month for it. No unsubscribe option on their no-reply emails, either.
