Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

@TalkTalk My family is having a shocking experience with you guys. My wifes Grandad has died and they need to cancel his broadband, after a 3 hour call they keep being told you need the account number, they don't have it, they do have his name and address. Sort this please.
