    Had a terrible experience with @TalkTalk Been charged for broadband I haven't used when I cancelled my account with them within my cooling off period and before installation. Hours of phone calls and internet chat and the problem still hasn't been resolved. Not happy. 😠

    There's me defending @TalkTalk on here cause all they seem to get is stick... Well they're absolutely awful. I'm really disappointed in the level of customer service.

    @Lukedfrt @SkyUK If sky stick to their guns, I'll wait for my contract ends in September & will never return back to them, pulling a stunt like this. Have you heard the new @TalkTalk ad you can take a contract out with them and I will not increase the price throughout the whole of the contract

    How is it I'm having problems with all my devices intermittently connecting and disconnecting but @TalkTalk didn't believe me and said everything is fine.. everything isn't fine because I can't access the internet to do my uni work... but been told to monitor it for 2 days 😊😊

    @TalkTalk at my sister's. New customer for 4/5 weeks. Internet download speeds of 0.34 mbs yesterday. No access to Netflix. Downloading an audio book for the last 6 hours. 3/4 downloaded. Awful service. Finally sending new router. Poor show.

    @TalkTalk Nope, green ones just keep flashing over the internet and wireless ones. I've also already tried resetting the router etc. Just a terrible, unreliable connection.

    @TalkTalk I spent 2H 6m online chatting to reduce my package down to all I ACTUALLY USE, only to discover right at the end, I’ve paid £62 in advance on 1/7 for services that I will now simply ‘lose’ tomorrow, with no part refund. Just ‘lost’ £37!! Disgrace.

    I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

    @PhilTonks2 @TalkTalk @EE Used to be on o2 but couldn’t get a signal in loads of places. Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

    Laughable call with @TalkTalk support. My contract is about to expire and the operator essentially told me to cancel my contract if have found cheaper fibre with @Hyperoptic. Now I'm on hold to cancel...

    @TalkTalk an engineer has been scheduled to arrive today to install my internet before 1pm. Called the engineer as the number was in the text and he said the job has been reassigned to someone else? This is awful service. Can you let me know what’s going on?

    @TalkTalk Get your pre-live team to DM me urgently. If I have not heard from you within 2 hours I will be contacting Ofcom directly. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, and I’m not even a full customer yet.
