    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    Any chance of speaking to someone that actually had a clue what they’re doing before I terminate my service with you. 5 days ago I was told my broadband was up and running 5 days later after hours of being on hold I’m still without internet @TalkTalk absolutely joke of a company

    Hi @TalkTalk, I’ve had an ongoing issue with my youview box since January. It doesn’t record and I can’t play anything back that I did record ages ago, but they still appear on the screen. Can we sort this now please? Thanks.

    @OpenreachHelp Hi David thanks for the reply. So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

    The customer service from yourselves and @TalkTalk has most definitely been the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Absolutely no communication what so ever as to what is going on? We’ve been told our case has been pushed to an official complaint but still no communication

    @TalkTalk This DM service is disgraceful! I am being talked around in circles. Now all of my recordings have magically disappeared, then you instructed me to do a Factory Reset & are now blaming the disappearance on me not choosing to save my recordings. They disappeared BEFORE!!

    @TalkTalk No internet access (again!) and the automated service has told me it will take 2 - 3 days to resolve. I have little to no 4G where I live and I run a business from home. The SMS service has asked for my phone number but no one has called.

    Exceptionally grateful to my super-kind neighbour for letting me borrow her WiFi to do any work at all right now, as talktalk managed to totally bungle a switch to fibre on Monday that now won't be resolved til... Tbc? Love it, love spending money to not get a service.

    @TalkTalk for what must be the third or fourth or perhaps hundreth time in a couple of weeks the internet is down yet again. What's going on?? In the Cardiff area. Line tests say no issues, have tried the usual fixes.
