TalkTalk Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Agent PBA (@butchermatt) reported@TalkTalk Wow! What a totally useless customer service person Ijust spoke to. I am appalled at how unhelpful and stupid they were. The call was recorded so please listen to it. Unbelievable!
-
Rose 🌹 (@RoseOfSeraph) reported@DeathlyAcorn Had such bad experiences with Virgin and Sky. TalkTalk were okay but then they started jacking their price up. I went with Hyperoptic this year and it's been ******* brilliant
-
Fazillionaire (@FAZILLION) reported@TalkTalk Siyanda, can you confirm that the cancellation fee will be waived on the basis of the nature of my case, then we can talk via DM's. If youc an't help me, I have to take my campaign to Linkedin and get some of your chief executives involved.
-
Twiggy Bigwood (@devilscustard) reportedHey @TalkTalk Your debt recovery company, Moorcroft, have just said they are instructed by you to collect an overdue debt. They are saying they might be able to ‘unbar our services’ if we pay. Considering that you have never given us the service which we paid you for, consistently, for over four years, it is rather ironic. You sent four engineers - two of which gave completely conflicting advice which cost us money - and our account was for fibre broadband. There is NO fibre broadband where we live. Should we send you a bill for four years of payments for non-service? I believe our bill will be considerably larger. Address this problem correctly. Apologise for utterly appalling customer service and call off your spurious claims. You owe your customers for false promises and no service.

First Squawk (@FirstSquawk) reportedTALKTALK TO ENTER TALKS ON NETWORK ARM WITH OCTOPUS: SKY
-
Colin Jackson (@ColinJackson99) reported@TalkTalkGroup I am trying to get a replacement router for my 86 years old mum all talktalk have offered is to cancel the account (issue 16765712)
-
Azraël (@azrael_options) reported@FirstSquawk TalkTalk headlines are a classic deal-premium trap — retail sees a spike and forgets the network arm is being carved out. Market makers will pin price while algos front-run the headline, but the real bid only shows once Octopus puts terms on paper. If those talks collapse, the gap down burns every late buyer — and that's exactly when the smart money quietly steps in.
-
Angela (@angelajazz2) reported@TalkTalk They tell me they are too busy & it will be a long time before they can get to me! Told me to check online to track a fault. Nothing has been updated and it has been logged so many times. I tried phoning & they just pass you to the website. What is going on? Abysmal service!
-
John F Newall (@thenewalls) reported@TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account. I've called this number (0345 172 0088 ) and it cuts me off after placing me on hold. My online account has given me this number to call (0345 172 0099) rings and then states that is no longer in use. Please help
