Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? I took out broadband on 11/06 & they have said the order was never put through but they can't tell me what's happened to all the information I provided including my bank details.
