    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    The customer service from yourselves and @TalkTalk has most definitely been the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Absolutely no communication what so ever as to what is going on? We’ve been told our case has been pushed to an official complaint but still no communication

    Hi @TalkTalk, I’ve had an ongoing issue with my youview box since January. It doesn’t record and I can’t play anything back that I did record ages ago, but they still appear on the screen. Can we sort this now please? Thanks.

    Any chance of speaking to someone that actually had a clue what they’re doing before I terminate my service with you. 5 days ago I was told my broadband was up and running 5 days later after hours of being on hold I’m still without internet @TalkTalk absolutely joke of a company

    @OpenreachHelp Hi David thanks for the reply. So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

    @TalkTalk This DM service is disgraceful! I am being talked around in circles. Now all of my recordings have magically disappeared, then you instructed me to do a Factory Reset & are now blaming the disappearance on me not choosing to save my recordings. They disappeared BEFORE!!

    @TalkTalk 2.The hub goes from flashing white to solid blue, and that when we first called the customer service, and we were told the build was incorrect/ missing information and was rectified by them, we powered down the device for 30mins before powering up as requested.

    @TalkTalk They know the issue. They knew the issue weeks ago and did nothing and then, when it finally got checked again (after being given several run-arounds by you) and the same issue was found I have to wait weeks for a fix. At least now you've admitted the service isn't good enough.

    @TalkTalk You sent me an email TODAY 23rd Feb regarding my options as my contract is ending and it turns out we are already OUT of the 30 period that I should give you notice if I want to finish your services (which I want). Already filed a complaint on this.

    @TalkTalk Moved to Peterborough 20 days back and were hoping that we will have wifi today at our home.But the worst decision i took is, i chose Talk Talk over all other Wifi's in the market. You guys have created so much trouble just setting my Wifi up.
