Ive been ignored & left abandoned by a member of staff via online messenger service mid taking my internet connections apart to fix the internet at 5pm yesterday. I was emailed to call customer service but the lines closed. #help

If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

Hours of phone calls and internet chat and the problem still hasn't been resolved. Not happy. ๐

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later Iโm still without internet. Unfortunately we donโt have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isnโt there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? We want to leave!

They've confirmed that the fault is with open talk, but no one has been out yet. He's been left with no internet for almost a week in a countryside village!

West Midlands Case Management LTD (@WMCMltd) reportedWe are currently investigating an issue where @TalkTalk has shared customers information with @RiseFibre in direct breach of GDPR Legislation, In a recorded call Talk Talk state that Rise Fibre are NOT taking over services and admit that failings are visible but out of there control. The Information Comissioners Office have been contacted and a complete case file will be sent to them along with Solicitors for potential legal action.
