So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

If so they have 30 days to fix it at their own expense or you can exit the contract without paying the exit fees. I did this to TalkTalk a few days ago and got an engineer to my door in 24h
