    @TalkTalk I’ve been without internet for 3 days. Ive been ignored & left abandoned by a member of staff via online messenger service mid taking my internet connections apart to fix the internet at 5pm yesterday. I was emailed to call customer service but the lines closed. #help

    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Yes most definitely. I feel your pain with those idiots. I made a complaint to the CEO ended up just having to pay a cancellation charge of 60.00 instead of 200+ as I still had a while left on my contract.

    @alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia I sincerely hope you don't end up with a fault. I was with @TalkTalk for many years until a fault last year. Quite honestly the worst company of any description I have ever dealt with. Totally failed to resolve, now much happier on @virginmedia

    @TalkTalk (1) want to cancel my order I've not had any service since the go live date. I have had three different people tell me they have canceled it and to call back in 24hours yet I call back and I have to go through the whole thing again.

    @TalkTalk what is the point of having a chat function on your app if a customer doesn’t get any response at all. Also what is the point of an engineer coming a replacing wires only for the average broadband speed to plummet to an average of less 10Mbs!

Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

    @TalkTalk All of these Internet outages seems to be a HUGE problem. I'm getting outages 4 times per day. I hope this is being reflected on my monthly bill. Paying for a service that I'm not getting. Very very frustrating!.

    @TalkTalk out of contract..just phoned up to cancel as new bill is £44!! ..dont bother offering me any cheaper options..if i was a 'new' customer id be paying £26..sonow hanging on to cancel service..wonder if @ThreeUKSupport who ive my mobile with do b/band

    @TalkTalk letter receive by u, to upgrade broadband, engineers relocated router to another room,disconnected my cable from box - today-3 hours on phone,no access to apps and Wi-Fi intermittent,3 departments,want to charge £75 to fix it,and to send me a cable to pug ! 🤬

    @TalkTalk customer service and general service is the worst I’ve ever come across. AVOID if you’re looking for a new broadband provider! They’ve got a 2.8 rating on @Trustpilot for a reason

    @defaultica @TalkTalk They chased me through debt companies for 11 years for a bill I didn’t owe. I caused the debt companies such a headache (I invoiced them every time they wrote to me, and demanded paperwork every time) they gave up. I’ll never use TalkTalk ever again.

    @kazzaloveslife I'm using TalkTalk Faster Fibre (35mb), I have been with them for over 7 years and have had no issues. I can't get Full Fibre until BT OpenReach has upgraded the network and gets rid of the Telegraph Poles and Copper lines into the property.
