    @Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My mum's experience of @TalkTalk is nearly as bad. Cockwombles all of them. The only reason she doesn't switch is because of the hassle. If that was me, I'd be gone in a flash.

    @TalkTalk is the service down in NG105NE? The router is just flashing orange. Iโ€™ve tried to reset numerous times, still just flashes orange.

    @sueelawrence Thanks Sue. I agree with you on @TalkTalk Ive wasted ages on here trying to get help only now to be told I need to ring the dedicated full fibre team. Absolute waste of time. It's really annoying as everything was absolutely fine 'till it was updated.

    @TalkTalk are an absolute joke. Pushed me to upgrade to future fibre, sent the engineer out a day late and never sent me a new router. Now theyโ€™ve cut off my old broadband and there is no one available to sort the problem as they go home at 6pm! Utter joke of #broadband company!

    @TalkTalk It was a @TalkTalk representative who rang my husband, (who actually wanted to change provider) he was talked into super duper fast Internet & tv package. We would NEVER have agreed if you had told us it wasn't going to work properly for at least 2 weeks.

    @TalkTalk my Wi-Fi is awful. Iโ€™m paying for 145mgs, Iโ€™m getting 10. Today I started a help chat at 14:14, your agent cut me off after 20mins. They hadnโ€™t even run the line test yet. Can I get some kind of competent customer service please?! #customerexperience
