Now they’ve cut off my old broadband and there is no one available to sort the problem as they go home at 6pm! Utter joke of #broadband company!

We would NEVER have agreed if you had told us it wasn't going to work properly for at least 2 weeks.

I agree with you on @TalkTalk Ive wasted ages on here trying to get help only now to be told I need to ring the dedicated full fibre team. Absolute waste of time. My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. I’m hoping my luck carries on, but you never know 🤞
