I agree with you on @TalkTalk Ive wasted ages on here trying to get help only now to be told I need to ring the dedicated full fibre team. Absolute waste of time. Scrapped once identified.

Now they’ve cut off my old broadband and there is no one available to sort the problem as they go home at 6pm! Utter joke of #broadband company!

We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.
