@TalkTalk are an absolute joke. Pushed me to upgrade to future fibre, sent the engineer out a day late and never sent me a new router. Now they’ve cut off my old broadband and there is no one available to sort the problem as they go home at 6pm! Utter joke of #broadband company!

@gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

@TalkTalk I think this issue is wider than just accessing 'My Account'. Other sites such as DVLA & British Gas are timing out. This happens on multiple devices but connection is fine over mobile data via my hotspot. Twitter is clearly OK.

@TalkTalk we are so disappointed. We have had no broadband since 27th March. An external fault was 'fixed' yesterday. I reported our modem was faulty too. Openreach confirmed this. We ordered a new one 2 days ago. This is unacceptable and costly to us as a family. Please help!!
