We would NEVER have agreed if you had told us it wasn't going to work properly for at least 2 weeks.

I can't get Full Fibre until BT OpenReach has upgraded the network and gets rid of the Telegraph Poles and Copper lines into the property.

Was told "will run test on your line and get an engineer if we find a fault" Next thing, tried to get me to upgrade my router without letting me know the results #poorcustomerservice

I agree with you on @TalkTalk Ive wasted ages on here trying to get help only now to be told I need to ring the dedicated full fibre team. Absolute waste of time. It's really annoying as everything was absolutely fine 'till it was updated.

Jonathan Slape (@JonathanSlape) reported from Derbyshire, England@TalkTalk are an absolute joke. Pushed me to upgrade to future fibre, sent the engineer out a day late and never sent me a new router. Now they’ve cut off my old broadband and there is no one available to sort the problem as they go home at 6pm! Utter joke of #broadband company!

Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy
