Now they’ve cut off my old broadband and there is no one available to sort the problem as they go home at 6pm! Utter joke of #broadband company!

I can't get Full Fibre until BT OpenReach has upgraded the network and gets rid of the Telegraph Poles and Copper lines into the property.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
