I agree with you on @TalkTalk Ive wasted ages on here trying to get help only now to be told I need to ring the dedicated full fibre team. Absolute waste of time. It's really annoying as everything was absolutely fine 'till it was updated.

We would NEVER have agreed if you had told us it wasn't going to work properly for at least 2 weeks.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
