@TalkTalk It was a @TalkTalk representative who rang my husband, (who actually wanted to change provider) he was talked into super duper fast Internet & tv package. We would NEVER have agreed if you had told us it wasn't going to work properly for at least 2 weeks.

@sueelawrence Thanks Sue. I agree with you on @TalkTalk Ive wasted ages on here trying to get help only now to be told I need to ring the dedicated full fibre team. Absolute waste of time. It's really annoying as everything was absolutely fine 'till it was updated.

The really annoying thing is that our Internet was fine, occasionally a bit slow, but now its absolutely terrible. We were told it would be much faster, its worse than its ever been. @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk are an absolute joke. Pushed me to upgrade to future fibre, sent the engineer out a day late and never sent me a new router. Now they’ve cut off my old broadband and there is no one available to sort the problem as they go home at 6pm! Utter joke of #broadband company!

@TalkTalk I can safely say that your helpdesk is absolutely useless. I have had two engineers attend my property who have stated that I need a BT Openreach engineer to fix my issue but they will not send the engineer I need without doing the same troubleshooting for a 4th time.
