@TalkTalk This DM service is disgraceful! I am being talked around in circles. Now all of my recordings have magically disappeared, then you instructed me to do a Factory Reset & are now blaming the disappearance on me not choosing to save my recordings. They disappeared BEFORE!!

Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

@OpenreachHelp Hi David thanks for the reply. So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

After years of low speeds @talktalk managed to get us up to a massive 20mbps a year or so ago. Since then is has steadily reduced to around 4-5mbps. We pay for 63mbps…Never seen those numbers.

@TalkTalk WiFi been down for about 3 hours now. Every now and then it comes back on. Thought it might be PC so rebooted. Nope. Maybe router. Reboot and try laptop. Still no joy. TalkTalk service page says broadband is working fine. It’s not. Far from it.
