@georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Yes most definitely. I feel your pain with those idiots. I made a complaint to the CEO ended up just having to pay a cancellation charge of 60.00 instead of 200+ as I still had a while left on my contract.

@TalkTalk Oh Gawd. I remember these tweets very well. As I said previously, I'm long gone from TalkTalk. But I lost track of how many times I had tweets like this. And you never did sort it. So I left. I'm afraid your "customer care" is non-existent.

  • HannahGreenish
Hannah Greenwood (@HannahGreenish) reported from Birmingham, England

@iraa_pappa @TalkTalk Same for us. 42 in queue, going down to 36 in queue over 45 mins. Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? We want to leave!

Real world weight, then the fix. SQL injection has powered some of the largest breaches in history. The 2017 Equifax era of breaches, TalkTalk, Heartland Payment Systems: hundreds of millions of records, much of it through injection flaws. It has sat at the top of the OWASP vulnerability lists for two decades. The fixes are well known. For SQLi: parameterized queries, which keep user input permanently separated from database commands. For XSS: input validation and output encoding, so anything a user submits gets treated as text, never as runnable code. Never trust user input. Sanitize and validate everything, every time.

@TalkTalk Siyanda, can you confirm that the cancellation fee will be waived on the basis of the nature of my case, then we can talk via DM's. If youc an't help me, I have to take my campaign to Linkedin and get some of your chief executives involved.

  • MrDarylMac

@TalkTalk You are the absolute worst, most garbage internet service I've ever had the displeasure of giving money to. A month of no internet, no one in your company even bothering to fix it, BS excuses every time we call. And no one even cares when we cancelled our contract.

  • RoseOfSeraph

@DeathlyAcorn Had such bad experiences with Virgin and Sky. TalkTalk were okay but then they started jacking their price up. I went with Hyperoptic this year and it's been ******* brilliant

  • Sixpenc97002536
    Sixpence (@Sixpenc97002536) reported

@devonboy3410 @GBNEWS I’m with TalkTalk but it’s pretty poor since they ‘upgraded’ my area … We regularly either lose the internet or the signal is too weak to watch a digital tv programme, buffering every couple of minutes so it becomes unwatchable
