    @OpenreachHelp Hi David thanks for the reply. So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    @cloelouise_ @Emma51454229 @TalkTalk I emailed the executive chairman (advice of someone else) he don’t give a crap either tbh! they keep banging on about COVID rules etc which I understand but they sold me this shit during this time so they shouldn’t have sold me something they can’t provide it’s a contract breach

    The customer service from yourselves and @TalkTalk has most definitely been the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Absolutely no communication what so ever as to what is going on? We’ve been told our case has been pushed to an official complaint but still no communication

    @TalkTalk Is there a reason your internet is so slow in MK right now? It’s been working fine for months but now I can barely load web pages nevermind videos or even games. I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting methods with the router but nothing has worked.

    Just gave 30 days notice to @virginmedia, I’ve been a customer for 10 years+ but increased costs with newborn has made my mind up. Looking for broadband only deal, typically would sign up to Virgin M200 Fibre for £28 but only new customers get that! Any suggestions? BT/TalkTalk?

    @TalkTalk @CityFibre We were assured TalkTalk would contact Cityfibre & send an engineer out on Friday or Sat but we havent even heard from either of these people! Disgusting. Will be telling her to cancel her direct debit soon. Bunch of con artists
