@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

46 minutes on a call. Passed between 5 departments, sent back to one department twice all to be told they cannot help me. @TalkTalk worst customer service I’ve experienced. And this isn’t the first time either. Truly regret signing up with them. Would not advice it.

I knew changing to @virginmedia was a bad idea. They turn our internet off bc we haven't paid a bill that they have said we don't have to pay and no one at the company is able to listen to phone calls or put anything in writing. I miss @TalkTalk
