@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

.@TalkTalk Customer of 11 yrs, new account for new address. Set up 19th Jan with go live date 2nd February. Despite calling daily since the 2nd, phone line is still dead and the internet only went live on 3rd after a new router was sent despite telling me the old one would work.
