@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

Signed up to @bt_uk after a total nightmare with @TalkTalk . BT wanted £127 to set up. Called to cancel when they told me that. Now getting texts saying they plan to come set up on Christmas Eve. Don’t waste your engineers time. @SkyUK I choose you! You better not be ****!

@TalkTalk Ps you's also promised my phone number would be changed as it had been also given to a nail bar in westfields so I was sent mad with falls night and day for appointments but you's have yet again failed a customer to do what you's promised to do tie me into a 2yr contract.

Several long & fruitless attempts to contact @TalkTalk today to find out why my elderly parents have no landline. Easily fixed, I’m sure, if only customer services could, you know, provide some service to customers. Frightening to not be able to call for help if they need it.
