@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

@OpenreachHelp We have the problem that our elderly vulnerable neighbours in their 80’s have misled their account details so I can’t talk to TalkTalk , they had this same fault back in July 2022 and was resolved by one of your Engineers

WOW WOW WOW. Thank you @BT , what a difference compared to the appalling @TalkTalk , BT have done EXACTLY WHAT THEY WOULD DO & WHEN, TODAY I now have a proper BB Service & Telephone, THAT WORKS, & best of all CHEAPER than @TalkTalkGroup with their APPALLING customer service

@TalkTalk There is an ongoing DM chain from 27 October. And my emails are ongoing too, to the talktalk help address. The only relatively quick responses I get is like this one: when you want to get me off the public forum. From then on it is always silence and dismissal.
