    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @TalkTalk fibre down in london e17 8qb again. Second time in less than a week. Took 75 mins on slow live chat to fix it last time. Not even open now. I asked for new hardware last time. Faults recorded but never followed up.

    @TalkTalk Hi, my mum has just moved to a new city and her TalkTalk was supposed to be installed yesterday - but she’s still without!!! She’s been on the phone to TalkTalk for nearly an hour and a half - and just got cut off!!! Please help - this is URGENT!!!! 07803 582 740

    @TalkTalk Just cancelled my service due to change of address and your agent was appallingly rude. I was very polite and said upfront I know there is fees for early cancellation. Honestly if you ever wanted me back as a customer your retention agent has screwed that up
