  @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

  @TalkTalk not sure why on going problems in South Africa stop you answering the phone in the UK. Recording says use chat facility on website. Go to website and no chat facility appears...

  @TalkTalk How about allowing phone calls sorting the issues and have a call centre based in the uk so uk customers can have some sort of customer support, tried calling phones are dead live chat apparently 'busy' 24/7 shambolic company cant wait until my contract is up nothing but issues
