@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@TalkTalk is a frustrating place to be. For months i have had a problem with my service,had 3 engineers out no improvement,only gets worse.Insultingly I have to pay for the engineer to come out and fix it. I have to leave home to work and wait 8 days for next engineer.

@TalkTalk Hi, I’ve spoken to 3 people in your call centre for 1.5 hours EACH and I still have bad wifi. They’ve all fobbed me off in the end because they can’t solve the problem. Please can someone in the UK contact me?

@TalkTalk well their you go line speed 41 should be min 59. They have had this problem for weeks and all I get is a DM. Absolute rubbish service. Bet I get please DM, don't waste my time. Fix the fault

@TalkTalk 3rd Dec meant to of had a call from customer service. NO CALL . 6th Dec same thing. Now your call centre is saying 18th Dec Well I have a hell of a job understanding your staff. So can you DM me a telephone number for someone in the UK
