    @TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @TalkTalk Hello. Can you please confirm why you feel it acceptable to put this scam protect thing on my account. That I can’t disable no one at tech support. And I can’t do the work I need to get done because of it.

    @Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

    @TalkTalk As new customer I'm not impressed. 3rd bill and charged for engineer I cancelled within time. 1st problems upgrading account. 2nd problems with bb & youview service, 3rd additional charges. 3 bills on £26 a month bills add up to £190? At least got upgrade (over a month later)

    @TalkTalk Hi there, my internet is down, but online it says I have a good connection and bill isn't due until tomorrow. Randomly stopped working half way through an online shop, and even after resetting the wifi box it's saying connected without internet.

    @TalkTalk do not touch this company they messed up my credit score down by 120 points due to their error. I left TALKTALK for another provide. stopped the direct debit but TALKTALK messed up and charged me saying I have not left them despite that I am not with them any more

    @TalkTalk In common with several neighbours (some on Talktalk , others BT & EE) we've been without an internet connection for at least eight hours. Have @OpenreachHelp been advised of the problem yet?

    @TalkTalk Hi Rose, thanks for your swift reply. We are accessing it through Microsoft Mail. We also noticed we are unable to access our website from the work WiFi too. This problem is happening on multiple devices... not just laptops. Look forward to your reply :)

    @TalkTalk after all morning spent with yr customer services...I'm still without broadband and the talktalk customer service who I'm in a DM with haven't responded 2 my last msg 4 > 30 mins now..Im left in the dark
