    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

    @TalkTalk 3 hrs of trying to resolve a landline not receiving or able to make calls. Handsets ring but all we get is a odd type of ringing sound. Said we would pay £50 for an engineer to call only to be told we now couldn’t do that! Terrible service, is there a uk phone number?

    @TalkTalk I spent over 8 hours been passed between departments & no one taking accountability and no one willing to help expedite my request. Also no seems sure if the router had actually been ordered. If other customers experience what I have it’s shocking you literally do not care.

    @TalkTalk Tried to get an explanation from you today as to why you extracted money from my elderly mother-in-law's bank for services not provided. No luck. I was treated badly and my m-i-l failed your security questions. Would anyone at TT mobile actually care to try and help?

    @virginmedia Still waiting to be connected to the CANCELLATIONS team. Have now been trying to cancel since 18.02 yesterday. 2 phone calls and a WhatsApp chat that has lasted 22.5 hours is not acceptable. Would have stayed for a better deal now cannot wait to move to @TalkTalk

    @MacReadys_Beard @TalkTalk When I left them previously, they wanted us to return a five year old router. Crazy. You're right about their customer service. Spent an hour and a half on the chat with them yesterday and they ended up asking me to get back to them later as things had gone wrong their end.

    @TalkTalk I'll be making a official claim on talktalk service. I'm paying and I'm not getting the service I'm paying for. I just had to purchase a pack of data, at my own cost, when I should be relying on talktalk Internet!
