    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

    @Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

    A few days ago I cancelled my @TalkTalk broadband. I've been HOUNDED with sales calls. Literally 4/5 a day. Lying to me saying that my service hadn't been cancelled. One told me it was "stupid" to leave. Another made up a story about unsolicited providers in my area. Like, gross.

    @TalkTalk there is no Internet coming through to anyone. It is not our end the fault is at your end, asking us to dm you so you can try and gaslight us isn't going to solve anything. It's in the Birmingham area, you've had multiple messages about it. FIX IT! YOU HAVE THE INFO YOU NEED

    @TalkTalk I have spoken to your loyalty team and customer services and used web chat. Apart from awful wifi, I phoned to cancel on 20 May - not actioned and you are charging me £50 per month and you charge me in June! Told today my service won’t now be cancelled until 10 July 🤬

    @TalkTalk what absolutely poor poor service. Left a small business without a phone line for a week at their busiest time of the year. £1000s lost in business and excuse after excuse given. No redirect service offered though requested and no compensation.

    @TalkTalk I am getting nowhere with your customer service team, shocked at the service! This is my 4th time trying to cancel after my service didn't go live and I just keep getting fobbed off everytime with waiting 7 days and then checking and finding out it isn't cancelled. 1/3

    @TalkTalk Had no internet for 2 days. I am a pensioner with no way of contacting anyone. I wish my daughter to cancel my contract so I can go with a new provider.

    @TalkTalk Oh I dont need help anymore ty, I cancelled with TalkTalk almost 2 weeks ago and since then general quality of life has went up by at least 40%. It feels good to not be overcharged for a service I'm not getting in the first place :)

    @TalkTalk my@mum is in her 80s alone in the house her only means of contacting anyone is via phone or email but your crappy service has been down all day so she’s stranded and cannot even make a call - do you know how useless your service is and where do I make a complaint ?
