    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

    @Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    @TalkTalk absolutely rubbish service, still charging my elderly parents for broadband which they cancelled several months ago. Why send them a new router, they have never asked for it. Free calls still charged. RIP off TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Honestly il just wait. Was talking to someone on live chat earlier about it keep cutting off which it's been doing for a month for them to tell me it's up to an automated refund to see if my.service has been poor lol. Its stupid all my router is currently doing is flashing...

    @TalkTalk my internet has been down all day yesterday and still down now …. Devices are connecting to router but then not connecting to internet…. Was on the phone 4 times yesterday for over an hour each time …… the last person I spoke to said all my devices must be faulty!!!

    This is the most hard work thread I’ve had to do, because I’ve had to leave my bloody house to do it. It’s a thread about @TalkTalk, rural isolation, and a general grip of the English Language. I live in a a rural location, which has no mobile phone signal and I live on my own

    I would advise anyone who is with @TalkTalk for their broadband to take the words of customer services very lightly and change provider as soon as. Awful after care and follow up. Avoid.
