So anyone else having issues with @TalkTalk again? I swear I go through this every couple of weeks. WiFi cutting out and being slow. And yet I get emails telling me their charges are going up!!! Had it with them, I really have. Recommendations for the other WiFi providers please?

Yet again @TalkTalk fail to deliver a commitment. Broadband due 15/01. Multiple calls and broken promises. Don’t use them!! Agreed call at 1pm today to resolve. Amended to Monday - little hope as they missed the last 2 #talktalkrubbish

@ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

@TalkTalk Yeah - so for the 2nd time in two months my wifi is down - flashing orange light. Probably another ‘serious fault’ on the line like last time where the OR engineer told me it was just someone turned us off in the exchange - but still took 6 days to fix

@PoliceScotland Unfortunately this is the way of the worls now. I have my 87 year Mother trained in the 2 word command for the call scammers. I have talktalk blocker on house phone. Obviously a different issue than texts but if your demented or fam member is being pestered its an option.
