We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.   @TalkTalk customer service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service
