    @TalkTalk Appaulling customer service when things don’t work . Staff unhelpful , disingenuous and don’t listen . Misinformation , fobbing off -it will be mended in 24 hours - try 10 days . Shocking .and they wonder why customers switch providers !Unbelievable and unacceptable

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    @TalkTalk Hi Andy, thanks for the help, this has been resolved and I'm expecting my refund in 7 days. I'm warning people to use other providers rather than seeking help. Many people can't afford these kind of mistakes which would quite literally lead to them going hungry.

    @TalkTalk if anyone’s reading this and thinking of switching to TalkTalk then don’t. Absolute shambles. They never sent out our router, the openreach install happened as planned two days ago, the router arrived today so we connected it up, our internet is worse than before, crap.

    Hey @TalkTalk it is despicable how repeated calls to home move and order management, end either in a spiral of being handed back to the other or in being cut off. What's the point in promising 3 months free internet as an apology, if you still fail to provide any services?

    @TalkTalk and we’ve got an ongoing complaint with them about this shambles and they were supposed to call my wife today but they didn’t, so if they’re not going to carry out that courtesy then what chance have you got. Not much.

    @talktalk are the worst for customer service and a service provider. I fell foul to their rubbish in the early days.. and now after being told they are much improved.. i find the same BS again! Hours on the phone.. no result. Booked an engineer..he didnt turn up!

    @TalkTalk my internet is down. Customer services phone lines are closed even though it says lines open till 10pm. I’m getting 0.49Mbps download. Such a racket for £35 a month. This has been going on too long. Someone please help
