    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk I called on Tues 20/12/22 twice to cancel my service. Both times put on hold for over 15mins & then call disconnected. Tried to cancel over web chat but was told it’s not possible. I have moved to different provider starting in Jan. You must cancel my service.

    Hey @talktalk if I'm having broadband connectivity issues, and I use your live chat to get help, and I provide a mobile number in case the connection fails (see main issue above), is it unreasonable to expect your agent to use it, rather than closing the chat?

    @TalkTalk I already contacted your customer service team via text and chat. One team said my issue was fixed, and no router would be sent. The other team said the router would, in fact, be sent. Your CEO has outsourced customer service to call centres in another country to save money

    @TalkTalk vacated property 2 months back and canceled my broadband. Still charged mny last month. I informed customer services that my account was closed. But today again I got a bill. I spoken about my account closure with 3 CSA in last 2 months.. Buy still they are sending bill
