    @TalkTalk 7 days no connection at all...New box sent, still not working. 72 hour wait for call back (at selected time) rang out of selected time so couldn't take call. Paying out for apps I can't access, paying for connection I don't have. Please help, @TalkTalk

    So I’ve had absolutely garbage WiFi from @TalkTalk & now we have changed providers we can’t even get through to anyone to cancel with them. Crap service and then you can’t even cancel

    We are receiving 0.4 mbps from @TalkTalk They consider this to be an acceptable speed! And we can’t cancel the contract for 30 days so looks like we are paying for a months worth of broadband we can’t use. Appalling service.
