@tescomobile service still non-existent another week on. Their message reads “Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. To fix it for you, we need to get into the site. We’re talking to the landlord and will enter as soon as we can. “ Now in its 4th week!

@tescomobile absolutely appalling service for my mum who just wanted some help to get a new phone! She’s almost 80, not good with tech, and your complete lack of service has left her with old & new phone, neither of which now work! 🤬

@tescomobile Again, just an excuse. It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone! And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!

@tescomobile you have totally messed up my PUK transfer and left me with a new iPhone 11 which is like a brick just in time for my 50th Birthday celebration abroad. Completely unacceptable and no one individual is taking responsibility. Poor customer service

I told her I won't be coming back to get petrol with them anymore, and I have decided to not stay quiet and put it out there just how TESCOs treats its customers. I made a mistake and just needed help to put it right they couldn't be bothered @tescomobile thats the closest

So @tescomobile have admitted to me that: 1. Their payment system really doesn't meet industry standards. 2. "As it stands, there's no immediate fix for this, or any information to suggest a change will be made to resolve this" 3. They have no way to sell me a mobile phone.

@BolangerBoys @tescomobile No resolution, but they admitted their system is out of date and not compliant with the latest standards. Pretty shocking really.

@tescomobile @giffgaff Didn’t let me know the card expired, wouldn’t let me update payment details. This is for my mum’s emergency phone, so it’s crucial that it works in a pinch.

@tescomobile Catch 22. Websites always predict there is coverage here, but there never is. But because it's predicted its never fixed by Big Phone, or in your case Big Grocery. I'll talk to my neighbours and see who has experience with Tesco Mobile coverage.

Hey @tescomobile did the new strong customer authentication rules that were originally due in March 2021 catch you by surprise? Because your website isn't accepting credit cards. Oops!
