@tescomobile Again,just an excuse. It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!

@tescomobile absolutely appalling service for my mum who just wanted some help to get a new phone! She’s almost 80, not good with tech, and your complete lack of service has left her with old & new phone, neither of which now work! 🤬

@tescomobile service still non-existent another week on. Their message reads “Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. To fix it for you, we need to get into the site. We’re talking to the landlord and will enter as soon as we can. “ Now in its 4th week!
