@tescomobile absolutely appalling service for my mum who just wanted some help to get a new phone! She’s almost 80, not good with tech, and your complete lack of service has left her with old & new phone, neither of which now work! 🤬

@tescomobile Again,just an excuse. It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!

@tescomobile service still non-existent another week on. Their message reads “Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. To fix it for you, we need to get into the site. We’re talking to the landlord and will enter as soon as we can. “ Now in its 4th week!

@tescomobile You should have allocated it my account sooner than so I had more time to use my mobile contract runs out soon so I certainly will be looking elsewhere sad as I have 3 mobiles with you & a customer for many years :(

The championship has a bigger average attendence than seríe A. 100k + attendences in L'pool & M'chester, 50k + S'field, N'castel/S'land 80k, Leeds 40k.

4th day with no signal or mobile data and apparently not back running until 27th. God forbid anything happens, especially with a 4 year old and I can’t get in contact with anybody. @tescomobile

@tescomobile can I recommend improvements to the mobile app. I’m a dad I have my phone and my daughters phones with tescos. management of multiple phones on the app is honestly a bit poor. It’s good for single phones thou. Can we look at multi phone improvements on the app pls?

@tescomobile such poor customer service Tesco Mobile! I contacted you last Thursday due to severe O2 network outage and was told the mast was faulty in my area (BS15). Nearly a week on snd still not repaired, even worse, no communication from you! So disappointed!!
